Entering the Next World

John arrives at the Gates to enter the city. He passes through them easily since the Gatekeeper recognized him immediately. John walked through the city until passing the next gate to enter the Shinigami compound.

Once there many made just way for him as they didn't really want to mess with him. He was walking through the compound when he heard bells approach. He felt some killing intent as he turned around while his body turned black.

He saw Kenpachi flying at him with his sword at hand radiating Reiatsu all over the place as the sword was almost hitting him John blocked it and throw him over his body and then he asks, "Why did you attack aren't we allies?"

"We are but that doesn't mean we shouldn't fight each other to improve ourselves," says Kenpachi who landed on his feet. He turned towards John while not wearing his eyepatch on and rushed at John again.

"Well then have a nice fight then," says John as he summoned both Kings and fought against Kenpachi dragging much attention from the Shinigamis around.

The fight went on until John felt bored and he moved so fast that his Doppelganger took his place while he left to look for Harribel. He was finally found her as she was looking over some reports with Ukitake who was training her to become a good captain as her fighting power was great and needed only to learn how to administrate her Division.

"Working hard it seems," says John as both Ukitake and Harribel looked up and saw him. Both had a smile on their face while Harribel was a little weird since she wasn't over with her feelings.

"Maybe I should leave you two alone to talk," says Ukitake as he wanted to leave.

"Just stay nearby it won't take long," says Harribel as both of them alone for long would be awkward.

"Then I will be just outside the door," says Ukitake as he leaves the room.

"So how are the things working for you around?" asks John as he stood in the middle of the room while Harribel was behind a desk.

"It's a hard job with every Shinigami not trusting me because I'm a Hollow," says Harribel as she put something away and continues, "But there are Shinigamis that are pretty nice to me like Ukitake and some of the other Captains while others can't live with it yet. Like that Kenpachi, he lost his enemy that he was fighting the whole time and now looks for someone to fight against. He throws himself around attacking someone out of nowhere just to fight."

"Yup met him just a while ago. He was fighting me," says John as he wanted to laugh but continues, "In fact, he still is fighting me."

"How can you then be here," says Harribel mocking him as he was standing in front of her.

"It's a Doppelganger. He is fighting Kenpachi right now while I'm here with you. Nelliel and Lilynette are sending greetings and Starrk was too busy training the Royal Guards that they recruited from the Arrancars and Hollows that follow the rule of the Queen in Hueco Mundo," says John as he smiled and continues, "But don't tell them that the Queen hates to talk formal or many will look down on her."

"Don't think so most of the Captain can't even fight me One-on-One. If Nelliel would go serious she could take care of two of them easily without killing them. If it's a deathmatch than she could take care of four of them," says Harribel as she smiled too before asking, "Have they found Wonderweiss?"

"Not yet," says John as Wonderweiss was a Wild Card he left alive and says, "Maybe one day he will return and help Nelliel or maybe I will have to kill him before he does something stupid."

"It's rare for you to not have killed him," says Harribel.

"He was manipulated by Aizen and was quite pure and with the Hogyoku in his body, he could bring many good things if he uses it the right way," says John explaining why he didn't kill Wonderweiss when he could.

"So when are you leaving?" asks Harribel curious and sad at the same time.

"Less than a month. I don't know when I will return but once everything is done where I'm going I will return to help in the war that is coming," says John as he walks over to Harribel and gives her a friendly hug to say his goodbye.

"Just return safe and sound maybe I will be over you by then," says Harribel as said her goodbye and continues, "Maybe you present her to me then."

"Maybe," says John as his Doppelganger entered through the door with Ukitake who was trying to stop it. As both merged into one again and John opened a portal that led to Urahara's Shop while saying, "See you as soon as possible."

Once back he began to train again to pass whichever world they will have to pass next since they won't be able to use most of their powers. The deadline arrived as the two were honing their technique when Logan/Alfred arrives and says, "You both ready for the next world."

"We are but where are we going?" asks Nesiara as she was curious to finally find out.

"You are going to stay in a place named Sword Art Online or SAO for short. Once you are done there I will send you to the next stage of your journey. You have only to collect some souls for me. Its the souls of self-proclaiming gods that thinks they knows everything better and can do whatever they want just because they have power," says Logan/Alfred as he explains it to both as he continues, "You will even get a chance to fight outside the world entering the real world for a little moment."

"When does it start?" asks John as Logan/Alfred snaps and both became weak.

"You will begin right away. You still will be able to enter Paradise but don't let your guard down or it will be your last time," says Logan/Alfred as he opens a portal and continues, "You ready to leave?"

Both say their goodbye to Tessai and the others that lived with them before they enter the portal and arrive at a green plain as they were looking at a castle that was floating in the sky.

"Woah it looks so beautiful," says Nesiara as she was overwhelmed by what she was seeing.

"It is since it wasn't touched by humans and will never be touched by them. We have always the custom to destroy everything to build new things forgetting how beautiful the world was before all the industrialization," says Logan/Alfred when suddenly a wolf attacks him.

"But then we remember that there are still wild animals that want a piece of us," says Logan/Alfred as he catches the wolf by its neck and continues, "Normally animals would avoid me but we are in a game. They don't have the same survival instincts a real animal would have."

Logan/Alfred then breaks it's neck and it just turned into data as he continues, "This is the reason we allowed you to enter Paradise. You will need to eat and it will be impossible for you since you can't go hunting for food. Also, you will lose blood if you get cut and feel pain, not like the other people that are walking in this world named SAO."

"What do we have to do to pass this stage?" asks John as Nesiara hits him in the side with her elbow as she wanted to live in such a beautiful landscape for a while.

"You have to reach the top floor or defeat the inventor of the game Kayaba Akihiko. He is also in the game awaiting the first to beat the game," says Logan/Alfred as he points at the Castle in the sky and continues, "Once you arrive at Aincrad you cleared the game. But take your time you will need a little army to clear every floor beginning the 20th floor."

"Normally," says John as he sees Logan/Alfred smile.

"Yes, normally," says Logan/Alfred as he turns to them and says, "We chose this world because we wanted to train you both in this."

Logan takes a book out that said 'Ultra Instinct' on it and throws it at Nesiara and John. Nesiara catches it and asks, "What is this?"

"A technique that I mastered at a young age. It served me well when I fought my enemies and it will serve you two as well as it did me in my time of need maybe I will present you to a teacher later on if you have some trouble finding out how to enter it. It will take years not days, years to learn how to enter it and even more years to master it and once you arrive at one point you feel there is something more you will enter my zone where nothing can touch you expect you want it," says Logan/Alfred as both read the book and couldn't get head or tail out of it.

"You should make some friends while you are here and take your time," says Logan/Alfred as he wanted to leave but stops and says, "You should maybe hatch the eggs you got from Jack while being here while Fang and Jinx will come with me. They will return before you know it."

Logan/Alfred then picks both up as he then disappears before the two could protest against it as Nesiara then looks at John and says, "We will take our time this time."

"Some time remember we still have a war to attend," says John as Nesiara sighs shaking her head.

"Do you really only have the mission in your head. Relax for a minute it's not like the world will go under because we weren't there," says Nesiara as she tries to convince John to spend more time in clearing this world a little slower.

"Fine," says John as he couldn't really say anything against that.

They walked a little on the road beside the plain as they were looking for a city or town when they see a boy with short black hair and a man wearing a bandana with long reddish hair. The boy seemed to teach the man how to fight against a wild boar.

They looked at how the man was being sent to the ground by the boar. Nesiara couldn't keep her laugh inside while John was studying them since the man didn't seem to have suffered any physical damage from that even when he was holding his crotch.

The two people heard Nesiara and looked at their direction both took a long glance at them since they didn't have a green indicator over their head and the man asks the boy, "Aren't NPC supposed to be in the cities and towns?"

"Normally they should only special NPC would walk around but they would be on a higher floor," says the boy as he was thinking before saying, "Maybe they are a new feature they included in the game like an anecdote to the beauty and the beast."

"Do you hear that he called me a beauty and you a beast," says Nesiara as she couldn't hide her laugh as she was lying on the grass when the boar came running towards them and John just caught it with his hands and killed it.

The boar disappeared and gold coins fell to the ground making the two be even more suspicious of them since normally a window would open telling them the amount of exp and gold as well as the items they got from killing said mob.

The boy took a fighting position as well as the man and the boy asks, "Who are you? And how can you hide your indicator?"

John just looked at them and made a move with his finger that said 'Come at me' and both rushed at John who suddenly had Yamato in his hand and blocked the boy as he sent the boy into the man's trajectory defeating them both in one move.

Both were lying on the ground when John sheathed Yamato again and helps both up and says, "Not bad for beginners but both of you have a long way in front of you."

Once both were standing John continues, "My name is John and that's Nesiara over there. We are looking for the nearest city or town."

"The Town of Beginners is just down the road," says the man as the boy was still suspicious of them when the man says, "How about we become friends? My name is Klein by the way and this is Kirito he like you was a Beta Tester."

"Nice to meet you," says Nesiara as she was back on her feet and shake hands with Klein. Klein then invited them to be friends but the system said that there must be an error. This aroused even more suspicion in Kirito.

"Are you cheaters that found a way into the game without paying for it," says Kirito accusing both when John suddenly took Yamato back out and cut his palm and it began to bleed shocking both that this was even possible in a game.

Kirito takes a potion out and hands it over while saying, "Drink it." while Klein was looking nervously around.

"Don't worry this can't happen to you two. We are special cases," says Nesiara as John wound closed up after drinking the potion as he wanted to see if they were effective for them when Nesiara says, "We can still be friends even if we don't have a system like you two have."

Kirito then whispered something to Klein, "I think they are A.I."

"That would explain something," says Klein back feeling calm again.

"Now the way to that Town of Beginnings," says John as he really didn't want to stay too long with them.

"Now come on don't be so anti-social like always," says Nesiara to him before saying, "How about we kill some more boars with them and collect some money that we will need."

"Right the money I should have known since we never had any money before," says John as he looked at both and says, "Do you want us to join you. Maybe you can learn a thing or two from a real fighter."

Klein agreed right away while Kirito was a bit reluctant but joined them as they went to hunt some boars together.
