The meetings with the officials lasted for hours.
Qin Zhi Hao along with a few high-ranked officers finally walked ended their discussion before the sun rose.
When they came out, the shouting of the soldiers could be heard from farther away. From a distance away, Qin Zhi Hao could see a group of soldiers jogging along with the camp. The soldiers had woken up earlier and the first thing they do was to go on their training.
After exchanging a few more words with the officer, Qin Zhi Hao returned to his tent. He exchanged a few words with the soldiers who were guarding outside his tent and found out about Xiao Feng's condition when he was not around.
According to the guard, only the eunuch had walked in to deliver dinner for Xiao Feng. Afterward, Xiao Feng had asked for a medical kit from the soldiers but did not let the physician come over to treat him.
Once the medical kit was returned, Xiao Feng had stayed in his tent obediently.
