'THE ELDER SON OF THE TESSIER FAMILY DIED IN AN ACCIDENT'

When she was contemplating on how to get out of this situation, she heard the hotel's telephone ring by her side.

Ava was the one who picked it up.

"Yes, we would be coming there. Yes... okay." Ava kept down the phone and came to sat beside Jennifer.

"Who called?"

"It was Professor Smith. He had asked us to gather on the terrace in half and hour. The had suddenly decided to keep the gathering early, as we need to head to Paris as early as possible. They don't want to waste time by staying here. Get ready we will go now." Ava nudged her and went to the bathroom to wash up.

Jennifer checked her phone.

There was no message from Alissa. Did it mean that there was nothing going on at the other party's side?

She had instructed few Black Panther association members to stay near the hotel. They would come in use if something goes wrong.

If she had made a request to cancel the party using excuses, that would have not been possible. And even if that happened it doesn't mean that the enemy would stay quite. They would start harming the innocent of their plan failed and she didn't want this.

So she decided to take down the enemy and spoil their plan then and there.

Jennifer once again called to confirm, if there was any movements on the other side.

"There seems nothing wrong here sis Amy. I am continuously watching through the cameras. Nothing has happened this far. You don't have to worry, I would let you know if there is any problem. And you said that they are planning to take action around the dinner time. It's three hours more for dinner time. Don't worry everything would be fine. I would also inform our other members, if I see any movements on their side."

"Okay then."

Ava came out of the bathroom and went straight towards the vanity table.

"Why aren't you getting ready? Even though the program is yet to start, you ought to be present there for the speech." Ava chided her from her seat while applying her makeup.

Jennifer sighed. She had to get ready, but now she would have to shower first.

"Ava can you please go ahead by yourself. I need to get ready and it will take time for me to get ready and by the time I would go there, it would be late. Why don't you go ahead first, I will come later on."

"No, no. I will wait for you. Go and get ready, quick." Ava wasn't taking no for an answer.

But Jennifer looked at her pleadingly. She had to get herself ready for the situation, they might face on the terrace. She had some weapons with her. But she couldn't take them out in front of her friend, can she?

Jennifer tried to convince her, "Ava you are required there. Your father would be coming, and your brother is also there. Don't worry about me, I would call you as soon as I get ready. Okay?"

Seeing her friend's pleading eyes, Ava gave up on the idea of waiting for her.

"You are right, I would need to be present there. At least one of us would have to be present."

Jennifer smiled at her.

"Get ready and come quickly. I also have to introduce you to my sister, her husband and her cute little daughters. You better not be late, understood?"

"Yes, mam. I would not be late."

After Ava left, Jennifer first packed up the items she needed for tonight and then went to take shower.

On the terrace,

Two waiters were whispering among themselves.

"Are you ready with the plan. There should not be any problem, or else you know that we would not be able to see the sunrise tomorrow. You know well how our master's temper is."

The other one whispered back, "Don't worry. The man would die today at any cost. Also he would die a horrible death. Tomorrow's headlines would be- 'THE ELDER SON OF TESSIER FAMILY DIED IN AN ACCIDENT.' Also to make sure it looks natural, we would need to make few people die."

Both the men were bust talking that they didn't notice, their target had disappeared from the terrace.

Jennifer was busy taking shower that she didn't notice the movements outside in the room.

Her phone was ringing non stop. She had five missed calls. Alissa was continuously calling her.

Jennifer looked at herself in the mirror. She was contemplating whether she should go in her real face or apply makeup.

She decided to apply makeup. If she was to go in her real face, she couldn't go to the terrace and she would have to cover herself.

It was better if she wore her usual makeup.

As everyone was up, Jennifer had kept her makeup outside. She first slowly opened the door to see if someone was in the room, but seeing that no one was outside, she stepped out.

'Click'

Jennifer was rooted on the ground in shock. She was bare faced, wrapped in a towel. Her hair was wet and tiny water droplets dripped down her hair.

Her face was flushed as she had just showered. Her moist eyes, made her look extremely sexy.

But she couldn't care less now, on how she looked.

Jennifer wide eyed stared at the man in front of her.

Her heart thumping widely beneath her rib cage.
