Adam looked at him pointedly, "You sure don't know, when you think that no one listens when you speak nonsense."

By now the five men had started to understand a bit. But they didn't want their thoughts to come true or else they would die a horrible death. But alas, they were unlucky because Adam's next sentence made them bow down their head in utter dismay.

"You sure talk a lot. But I didn't think that you had the nerve to talk behind my back. What? Are you regretting speaking nonsense? But you can't take back spoken words, can you?"

He continued, "Let me entertain you a bit now."

He casually opened his cellphone as he put on the chip inside it. A voice resounded in the room, 'His first attempt of assassination failed. But it all happened because that man was just lucky. Boss had planned to drug him and then had asked the mercenaries to kill him. But that didn't go as planned...'

Adam stopped the recording as he lazily laid back on the chair, clearly enjoying the men's faces, which turned paler as each second passed.

The leader spoke first, "Boss but I was siding with you. I have been loyal to you since start and I didn't say anything bad about you, so why are you punishing me?"

Adam chuckled at this, "Didn't you mention that I failed five times? Or was it by chance your ghost? Being loyal doesn't mean that you will be spared if you spout nonsense."

The wolf dogs were barking as they tried to open the cage by jumping on it, only to fail. They continued trying as they moved out their tongue in and out, showing their teeth.

The men knew that they were doomed. On one side was their boss and the other side the wolf dogs. Their shoulders slumped in utter defeat. But the two who hadn't said anything bad about Adam still tried to plea, "Boss we didn't say anything. We just listened to what they were speaking. Can you please let us go?"

Adam merely smiled at that, "I don't want anyone to hear about my plans and so I don't think it would be wise to let you go. Even if you didn't comment, but that doesn't mean you are deaf."

"We will not open our mouth boss."

The second one also nodded, "Yes boss we will never utter a sentence about this."

Adam hummed, "That's why I am silencing you. What? Did you find this unfair. Whatever, I don't give a shit to what you want, I always like to do everything by myself so I will not ask for your permission. I am merely shutting your mouth and you should feel honoured that I am doing this."

Saying that he clicked on a button in his phone, which made the door of the cages open and the wolf dogs who were waiting for this opportunity jumped in to have their meal.

"Ahhh....ohhhh....ahhhhh..." The sounds continued to come as the five men were being bitten and had their skin peeled by the ferocious animals.

They had first tried to fight, but were unable to gather enough strength to fight with the animals.

Though the animals had breath in the chemical, it affected them in a different way.

Animals had different body structure than humans and Adam knew it so he had this special chemical made.

Adam stood and left the room, leaving behind the five men to die in the hands of the wolf dogs.

The sun rays sweeped through the curtains, falling on the bed, where two figures were lying.

Jennifer lazily yawned as she got up. It was the best sleep for her as she had no nightmares.

The aphrodisiac took a toll on her, making her asleep on the couch while she was reading the newspaper.

There were some after effects that had made her tired and with the morning action, she had felt her body growing weak as she unknowingly slept.

Just as she opened her eyes after stretching her body a bit, she was startled to see that she was on the bed.

'Did I sleepwalk?'

She looked around and was even more shocked to see Emmett by her side.

But what was the look on his face? She frowned by looking at him.

Surveying him she spoke, "Did you not sleep well at night? Why do you have dark spots under your eyes?"
