"IT WOULD LOOK MORE NICE, NO?"

"You mean Natalie?" Jennifer guessed that he must be talking about her.

"Yes."

"Hmm...she was the one who did it. But you don't have to worry, she got punished for her deeds. I trapped her in her own plot."

'Why am I even telling him these things.' Jennifer wondered.

"Okay then, I would be going. Rest properly." Emmett stood up to leave. He wasn't going to let that girl off just like that. He would too punish her.

When he was about to open the door, Jennifer shouted from the bed, "Hey!! Don't go!!"

Emmett returned back.

"I mean you can go once you wash your face." Jennifer pointed at his face which was smudged in her black lipstick.

Jennifer smiled awkwardly.

Emmett walked into the bathroom. He smirked at the condition of his face.

There were ambiguous marks on his face. He looked as if he had just done some intimate things.

When Emmett walked out with a clean face, he looked towards the bed where Jennifer was sitting earlier.

The girl was nowhere to be seen. Precisely she was hiding inside the duvet.

He knew that she was embarrassed and wanting to tease more, he walked towards her and lifted the sheets.

"Make sure to wear different lipstick next time. It would look more nice, no?" Emmett chuckled and made his way towards the door, leaving a blushing Jennifer who was shocked by his teasing.

The man was getting good with his teasing remarks. He was also getting shameless.

She didn't knew why he was hell-bent on teasing her.

'Gosh! So embarrassing.' She further dived in the duvet and closed her eyes to get some sleep.

The weakness in her body made her sleep peacefully. She slept for good two hours.

When she opened her eyes, she saw a silhouette sitting beside her.

"Hey Alissa how are you feeling? You suddenly disappeared after lunch. I was so damn worried about you. But I was relieved when Brother told me that you were with him." Ava had practically laid beside her and now was looking at her with beautiful bright eyes, with her elbows down on the bed; cupping her cheeks and her legs half bend.

Swaying her legs, she again spoke without letting Jennifer speak.

"By the way what did you guys do? You know a man and a woman alone in a room. Oh my!! My cheeks are burning." Ava fanned herself with her hands and laughed out hard.

Jennifer: "....." Brother and sister are both same. Shameless!!!

"What are you thinking about Ava. Don't let your thoughts turn wild. Nothing happened. I just met him in the elevator and asked him to relay my message to you. I just had a minor headache. I am all right now." Jennifer answered her previous question as well as she explained that there was nothing going on between her and Emmett. They had done nothing.

"Do you think I would believe you Alissa. I am sure that something happened between you two, hmmph!! I saw a black lipstick mark on his inner collar. And you know you are the only one who wears that kind of lipstick. You should try to wear another, at least a red one. You would look sexy you know." Ava escaped towards the door as soon as she finished speaking.

Jennifer was thoroughly embarrassed. Ava's last words rang in her ears, 'You should try to wear another, at least a red one.'

She felt her cheeks turn hot.

She recalled that Emmett had also suggested her to do so.

She now just wanted to dig a hole and burrow herself in it.
