A Headache Coming On

Christopher was not thankful! He glared at the man who had 'gifted' him these two prisoners before standing up and taking his leave. Alex Mosse smiled at this behavior and was immediately pleased. He had returned the favor a bit and still succeeded in making the King unhappy.

Even though he had let go of the anger and enmity he held towards her, Alex Mosse was not averse to torturing the man a bit. He did not appreciate being made a fool of. And Christopher had done that for a few years. Even if it was his mother's wish, he did not have to like it. He was older than the man by a few months after all!

And now that his gift had been handed over to Christopher, maybe he should take something to Jeannie Boone as well. She would like it for sure.

Christopher marched through the halls of the private restaurant with his security team running at his heels as they wondered why the king had marched out from the place seething with irritation.
