Keeping Their Memories Alive
Rowan knew that he was about to embark on a major event so he made sure that his entire dimension entered a state of dormancy, except for the 9,072 Powers, and other special figures that needed to be awake even while he was dead, the rest of his dimension had fallen into slumber.
With his control over his dimension, the inhabitants would never know that a period of time in their lives had been interrupted, and if everything went according to plan, it would simply be like they went to sleep and when they awoken nothing had changed, except for the most perceptive among them, who would notice certain discrepancies, everything would be as it always was, yet everything would have changed.
