An unknown amount of time had gone by the time Alex regained consciousness.
From the moment he used the Astral Energy to push his blood through the twenty-third meridian, he lost consciousness and was unaware of everything that had transpired around him.
Even now, he wasn't completely conscious. Alex could only feel that his body was going through a transformation of its own at the moment.
He could feel his heart, beating stronger than ever. With every beat, he produces enough blood to fill several other humans. It was as if his heart was producing more than his body needed. Alex wanted to stop this, thinking that it would cause problems for him, but he couldn't do anything at the moment. It was as if he had become a passenger in this body.
