The One From Above Appears

When their visions were clear enough, the person standing on air before them was there to be seen. It was a young woman seemingly in her early thirties. She was a willowy lady with the finest brown skin. She had small pinky lips with a slightly small nose. Her eyes that were neither too close nor too far apart shone brighter than the morning star below those exquisitely curved eye lashes. Her eye brows above those eyes were specially put there to bring out her beauty. It may take hundreds of thousand chapters to describe her beauty.

As she hovered there, her long dark hair undulated charmingly without reason. Her immaculate white dress nicely fitted her showing her voluptuous shape. Every saint could not take their eyes off her. Funnily enough, no one had any lecherous thought about her, instead, their looks were filled with awe.

"You are all here."

Oh God! Even her voice was melodious and pleasing to the ears. Where in the name of the One from above did she come from?

One by one, the saints were awaken from their trance. This was after she spoke. Even so, those wide mouths and eyes were still there, pointed directly at her.

"I am Supreme Monarch...I mean the One from above, I am here because of a very serious reason..."

Everyone was surprised to learn that she was the One from above. No wonder she looked so powerful that the saints were only amazed. They did not ask to know who the other person was for they were too scared to do so. Furthermore, what they were being told was of great importance. In a few minutes, the One from above finished giving them her message and giving personal instructions. She disappeared immediately after finishing and knowing the severeness of what was ahead of mankind, the saints also left the conference hall at once.

The chosen wizards and witches of the Hall of Righteousness stood quietly at the fourth floor of the hall not moving an inch. Things were so serious that no matter what they were doing previously, they did not have to worry about them swerving. After all, they were Ordainer's servants and there could never be anything important than dealing with his matters.

After about fifteen minutes, an old man appeared on the platform. He was the Great Saint, the man the chosen ones had been waiting for. Immediately he appeared, he did not waste time on pleasantries but went straight to the matter at hand.

"My fellow wizards and witches, we have just met the One from above. We have already been given instructions and I can tell you, things are not going to be easy. The Lord of darkness has defiled the present, destroying everything that had been prophesied by the great prophets of our land. Those prophecies, they were given to guide us on the right path. They were to let us not err when guiding the great Ordainers during their dangerous missions."

"Unfortunately, no one, not even the One from above is now capable of seeing what the future holds. We can say that such a thing is going to happen tomorrow but we end up seeing an entirely different thing the next day. Therefore, we are all going to find a way of helping the Ordainer out of the enemies' land while at the same time protecting Keniya from those Black Fiends; those ugly creatures that we can only kill with the presence of our master, the Ordainer."

"The One from above has instructed all of us to make these decisive moves to help us win this war; First of all, you are to take the one with the book to the Holy Chambers of the Hall of Righteousness, so that the power he got from the book are activated and we use him to temporarily take the place of the Ordainer. We cannot guarantee anything for he is not an Ordainer, we may lose him. Apart from him, you should also look for Okeyo Kware, the itinerant wizard; he is the most powerful wizard under the sun. Also, you should bring Mwiga over, a man who recently became a necromancer. Lastly, Apeleka with her bird and the woman she is with are to be here as well. The six are to be taken to the Holy Chambers before twilight. I will personally perform the rituals."

The chosen ones dispersed thereafter. No one wanted to waste a single second. Further instructions would be given once the six were in the Hall. Mboya was taken to the Holy Chambers to wait for the rituals.

Keniya and the dark world were separated by a thin invisible barrier. The barrier was located at the middle of Ndia ocean far from the lands of Keniya. The barrier was personally created by the people from the heavens to protect those living in Keniya from the dark world. However, the Black Fiends had grown intelligent to an extent that they could manipulate space and appear in Keniya with ease. Even though this was a way of getting to Keniya without necessarily going through the barrier, it took a lot of resources to accomplish such feat. The several times that they came to Keniya in large numbers was because they sacrificed a lot.

The Lord of darkness was running out of resources to help his people get to Keniya. This had given him sleepless nights for a few seasons now. Three years ago, while doing his own research, he found a way of destroying the barrier though it would take a lot of time. He chose to give his findings a try even if it would take several years. That would also bring victory closer than his enemies thought. He therefore summoned six of his most powerful subordinates and gave them powers to destroy the barrier. The six had been working on the barrier for the last three years. Just a month ago, they realized that their success had become closer than they had speculated.

After about three years, they managed to pierce through the barrier and made a small opening. To confirm that they were really successful, they sent a message to the Lord of darkness. The latter decided to send the sisters of the dark to Keniya to capture Ochieng' and bring him to the dark world using the opening in the barrier. That was a bold move, which would also warn his enemies that he was not sleeping. After the Lord of darkness managed to coax Mboya into burning Anindo's book of Ordainers and using Chempokulu to trace Ochieng', finding the young man and capturing him was not at all difficult.

Currently, Ochieng' and the other six were inside a spacecraft that was bullet shaped. Kuru and Ochieng' were handcuffed with things that looked like ropes. The five animals were also tied tightly in a weird manner. Around them sat six women dressed in black. The spacecraft had easily passed through the opening of the barrier and was moving at a high speed towards a certain direction in an extremely strange land.
