Chapter 15:"The Pirate's Paradise"

"Is that the plan?" Jhon asked for more information.

"I will tell you more about him don't worry " Harold said.

"Where is he ?" Rob said.

"His place doesn't matter we have to know firs, How many men does he have?, and we need a design for the location where he is located." Jhon said.

"All this doesn't matter,what's important is that we kill him" Rob said .

"We need a smart plan first" Rick said.

"We will find it then" Rob said.

"Calm down a bit and listen to what I have first." Harold said angrily.

"Okay "Rob said,

"In the deserts of Alabasta in the east, there was once a great kingdom. However, 20 years ago, several revolts and coups led to the fall of the throne, plunging the state into endless conflicts. Pirates took advantage of this turmoil to turn it into a hideout after their operations, exacerbating conflicts and wars even further.

But 8 years ago, an unknown pirate appeared. He went to that kingdom and established a city resembling paradise in the midst of the desert. He became one of the most significant slave traders, with rumors suggesting he sends slaves to the other side of the world. Moreover, the city serves as a bank for pirates, depositing their loot there."

"I heard a lot about that city,The Marines have attempted several times to penetrate it, but they found the scorching desert and heat lying in wait. Most get lost in the vast expanse of the desert.Afterward, the Marines decided to halt these operations." Rick said.

"This pirate achieved remarkable development in a short period, and his rise was unusual." Harold said.

"It could mean that there is a clandestine organization supporting him." Jhon said,He realized what Harold was meaning.

"Indeed, they are the ones pulling the strings, orchestrating everything; he is just a facade." Harold said.

"Do you think they are from the marines?" Jhon asked.

"No I think they are from the other world, Like pirates of the dark ages." Harold said "in Every time the Marines tried to trace the slaves he sends or the aid he receives, they couldn't find a lead. This implies that he has assistance from the under world."

"Do you have the location of that city?" Jhon said."I don't think we can find it without a map"

" I know a woman will take to the city" Harold said.

"Where is she?" Rob said.

"She is not here , some members have not been organized yet."

"How could we trust her " Jhon said.

"Her sister is imprisoned in that city with the girls of that pirate." Harold said.

"You know I don't trust women " Rob said.

"But this one you have to trust her." Harold said "Your enemies roam freely, while you can't trust those who have experienced similar struggles."

"WHAT is the name of that pirate?" Jhon said.

"It's Crocodile,He calls himself the King of the Desert.And that city is called the Pirate's Paradise." Harold said.

Somewhere in the deserts of Alabasta.Amidst those sands and scorching heat, there lies that city that seems to be in its own world. Those within it don't care about the desert or what happens outside its walls. It truly looks like paradise in the midst of hell.

In the center of the city, there is a palace that is taller than the rest of the buildings, and it is uniquely designed. There where crocodile was living.

He was sitting in his room with naked girls beside him, sipping wine, and enjoying delicious food. Before a disheveled man bursts into the room, breathing heavily.

"How dare you barge into the room without my permission?" Crocodile said,He also stood up from his seat.

"I apologize, sir, but there is an urgent matter. The Marines have raided the ship bringing the girls, captured the captain, and killed everyone."

"What, how did they know about it,it was so secret, and we use the monsters to conceal our crimes " Crocodile said.

"He is a man known as John, the Death's Eye. A bounty hunter and the main reason for all of this." The men said.

"You made my day bad ,it was nice until you came with this bad news. "

"I just want you to know"

"Kill him" Crocodile ordered a woman, She stood silently near the door, wearing peculiar golden attire and having long yellow claws.

She opened her hand, holding a handful of sand, and then blew it towards the man.

" please, please let me alive" the men pleaded for her to spare his life.

After a moment, a creature appeared behind him, taking a human-like form but made of sand. As soon as the man turned to see it, the creature stabbed him in the heart from behind.

"Take his body away from my room,and tell them to send someone to kill this Jhon,Everyone contributing to ruining my day will die." Afterward, he returned to his seat, sipping wine as if nothing had happened.

It seems from the stories that Crocodile is a powerful pirate with many strong soldiers. Will John be able to reach this city alive or not?
