Notes: I know my first 2 chapters are confusing. I literally give the first 65 chapters free. My story has a "Do now, explain later" rhythm to it. The characters you read on in the first two chapters get fleshed out in the next two chapters. So give it a chance. Also, this is not your typical trash Isekai. There is no boy getting hit by a truck. No heavy romance. No high dive online nonsense. No harem. No sex jokes thrown every chapter nor bouncing tits. No truck-kun. No getting trapped in the game. No matrix or any other corny stuff. My concept is not original. But I literally cannot think of 1 story out there that has it. ".........///////////" indicates a transition in scene or time. My story gets hectic. This will help a lot. Instagram Page: the_isekai_game follow for more info regarding The Isekai Game. Artist: Serah Fletcher aka gr0vey.art on Instagram

Logan ran down a hallway shooting aliens, allowing Dani and Jaiva to follow safely. He positioned them safely as he continued alternating his fire to protect them. Jaivva was shaking in a fetal position when Dani's hand came to her shoulder.

"Hey, Jaivva! Jaivva! Listen to me! It's just a game," said Dani softly.

Jaivva looked up into Dani's beautiful brown eyes saying, "I know it's just a game. But it's scary. What if they hit me"?

"Then you die in the game and start over," said Dani.

She further reassured Jaivva that Logan will be the first one to die so they can get as many points as possible. Along the way, of course, they will help Jaivva become a completely independent fighter.

Jaivva felt the sincerity in Dani's voice and agreed to her shenanigans.

First, Dani guided Jaivva to fire her gun at the aliens as she was taught to on the app. It took a while along with much breathing practice. But Jaivva got the hang of it all. She was completely fine until Logan asked for more bullets.

"Crap" exclaimed Dani as she handed Logan half of her magazines.

"How do we get more bullets," asked Jaivva.

Firing at the aliens, Logan answered, "By finding a safe zone or more ammo".

Dani placed Logan as the one man to find their way throughout the ship. He frequently stopped to set explosive traps. It helped a lot to conserve ammo and mitigate the aliens.

After 30-minutes of steady running, the trio approached a giant rusted door. Logan checked the door to open, but it was nudged shut. Jaivva held security at the T-shape intersection. She found it pretty easy given that Logan had killed most of them off.

He placed a demolition on the door and took the girls to the intersection for cover. With a spare grenade in hand, Logan blew up the door.

Smoke from the explosion filled the hallway. To this day Jaivva could recall the gracious smell that stained her nose. The small aliens ran away as a loud set of banging was coming from the room. Logan threw his grenade into the room and ran inside after it exploded.

Once inside, the giant figure revealed itself to be an alien standing 40 feet tall with a mouth that opened to be another 6 feet wide. Logan threw another grenade into its mouth as Dani began firing.

It was scarier than anything Jaivva had seen in a movie. She shivered at the sight, continuing to hide at the intersection.

Logan ran towards the Alien's feet, but the alien used its hand to hit Logan against a wall to the left. Dani had run in towards the right shooting.

Jaivva weighed her options. Either die with the squad against a big alien or die alone against many small aliens eating her away. To make it worse, she was nearly out of bullets.

She crept towards the room, watching as the battle ensued. There was a large shell covering what appeared to be an eye. Jaivva took a solid stance, patiently waiting to fire into the alien's hidden eye.

Once shot, the alien faced her. She immediately panicked and empty her mag onto the giant alien.

Logan swiftly strapped a demolition to the alien's leg and cleared the room. The alien's cried as its leg blew off.

As the three reached the T-shaped intersection, they took cover behind a wall as Dani fired a giant bomb into the room.

The bomb went off, sending a shockwave down the hallway that Jaivva felt trying to knock her over. When the shockwave cleared, Dani led the three into the room. Logan cleared the room of any potential threats.

"Why didn't you guys run" asked Jaivva.

Logan further confirmed that the room was a checkpoint or in other words a "safe-zone".

Dani saw the lights flicker bright and the Oaka System light up confirming it was now in working condition.

"What do you want to do now," asked Logan, "We should probably help Jaivva get a new weapon".

"How about machine guns Jaivva?" asked Dani.

Logan rejected the proposal stating that it would cost the team to carry too much ammo.

"Yyassss girl. Give me a machine gun" said Jaivva.

Dani smiled, "Sure. But first you have to pass the course".

Jaivva became excited as Dani ordered Logan to watch the door while she started Jaivva on the machine gun course.

"This will take at least an hour or two for you to complete. But I know you can do it while we fight the aliens and reload our weapons".
