Masa’s A Bully, I Think?

Okay, so I seemed to have gained a slave for the next year. But what I do not understand is that my new slave refused to let me take a bite out of him! I mean what is that? Is a slave not supposed to listen to their master? I mean even after I acted cute and begged he still said no! There must be some kind of slave laws that I can use against him in order to just get a tiny taste! Maybe I should sue him for breach of contract? What? You say that was not a slave contract? Then what did I just sign!?

Aw well, at least I get free food, right?

'Hey, Riku!'

'What!?'

Why is he always screaming in my head!?

"I have been trying to ask you a question for a while now! Can you stop looking at me with those lustful eyes and hurry the hell up! If we stay any longer we will be swarmed by guards!"

'Lustful what? Oh! Okay, let's go!'

This was actually pretty fun because it was like we were assassins or maybe spies. Something along those lines. We quietly and slowly made our way towards the exit of the prison. So far it seems no other guards were around. I guess I already ate the ones on duty. On my way, I made sure to check all the prisoners that might have had any useful skills but you know what there was nothing. I was starting to question why these people were even down here.

I mean most of them are only level three and do not have any skills. They all looked at me with these hopeful eyes as if I would save them but… If I could, I would apologize. I mean I am in a rush to escape so I can go eat some good food ya know! You say I can stop and save them, it would only take a few seconds? I will say this now, those bars do not taste good. Have you ever tried putting a rusty, stinky, sticky, and slimy metal bar in your mouth? You haven't? Then why are you asking me to? You say I have already eaten a lot of... DO NOT even go there!

Anyway, we were finally at the set of stairs that led out of the prison. The moon light shined down brightly lighting up the area just enough for us to see where we were going. There were no guards or any signs of alarms being raised, which was good news for us. The best thing was that the prison was located near a tall wall that was not too far away. The best I could tell was that this place was some large estate within the town, most likely the town lords estate.

"Riku, can you chew through this wall?"

I really wondered if this man knew that I have to taste this stuff. Doesn't he know that bricks taste disgusting?

'You eat it! I might be hungry but I don't just eat anything. Let me take a bite of your arm and I will eat through the wall.'

'Would you stop thinking about trying to eat me!? Did you not say you would help me escape? Do you not want the all you can eat for an entire year?'

Damnit! Always with the food! Fine fine! I will eat the damn bricks! I of course did not say this to him directly. I have a weird feeling that even if I did try to eat Masa now I would probably get beaten up, sullied, and left here. It's pretty clear that he could escape now on his own but… He choses to make me eat a wall instead. I wonder if he is still holding a grudge against me because I cut off the tip of his finger.

I found out real quickly that I seem to be right. Because, the spot he wanted me to eat, I could have sworn I saw a dog walk by and piss on that very exact same spot and since Masa was ahead of me I am sure he saw it too. Did I bite through that part of the wall you ask? I of course… had no choice because Masa glared at me when I went to move away from the spot to another and I could have sworn I felt this invisible power overwhelm me and drag me back.

This could be considered bullying right? I mean making a young beautiful girl like me eat bricks and stones from the area where a dog just pissed… if this is not bullying then I don't know what is! The only thing I could do was let a few tears roll down my cheek as I chewed the piss covered stones in my mouth. Within half a minute the hole was finally big enough for us to exit.

Oh? You say I could have just spit it out after each bite? That was my plan but Masa, Masa glared at me and I got scared okay!

None of that matters anymore because we are both now outside the lord's estate and are free! Now my dream of finding a nice warm bed to sleep in can come true!

'Masa let's go to the nearest house and rest for the night!'

'Are you stupid? We can't stay in this town any longer. Let's go, we need to exit town and hide out in the forest close to here for a few days to let things settle down. After that we will need to take the long way around the town and only then can we head to a new place.'

And just like that all my dreams of a nice warm bed and home cooked meal went out the window. I am telling you here and now Masa is bullying me!!
