Save Shirahoshi!

Akira and the knight's objective was to save princess Shirahoshi. Akira planned for them to hide and let the shapeshifter shift the form of the king.

Akira could locate him within a mile away, so it was best to stay away from them until they portaled their way through their hiding place.

The King was on ropes and so the knights led the king. Akira told him to act like the king because it would be obvious if he was fake and their cover would be blown.

"Hands off me! I am your king and you treated me this way?" Yelled the king.

"Marvelous, now come with us and retrieve your princess." The man said and asked to follow him.

The knights and the king then followed him while the king struggled to break free.

Akira and the knights followed them step by step slowly and carefully to not alert them, from what Akira learned from Sora, people could sense mana surging and they could feel the sensation of mana and some couldn't.

Sora suggested that one's must be 500 meters far away from them to hide his presence or maybe more, but if it were a sensory warrior then it was best to give up since sensory mages could locate way efficiently. But if they had a detection warding, they could still have a chance based on how expertise the detection warder warriors were, the same thing to the sensory warriors.

Akira could not risk if he stayed closer since he didn't know the enemy's capabilities were. Akira and the knights finally had arrived, they saw the Princess was in a cage like a bird. They waited for Akira's instruction to attack and save him and the princess.

They were inside a cave, Akira and his allies were hiding and so they watched over them. Akira must wait until the princess was removed from the cage so they could strike.

Akira suggested letting the princess get out of here first and protect her by going back to the palace, Akira and the other knights will take the offensive maneuvers.

"Hmm, it would appear to be we have been fooled" The man touched the king while closing his eyes. He knew right away that it was a trap to fool them after he had touched the fake king's shoulder.

"Erase!" The man's hand glowed and the shapeshifting magic was erased, exposing the fake king.

Akira charged quickly and leaped to another position ordering the knights to attack. Akira commanded the other knights to protect the princess while they attract their attention.

However, they failed miserably, a woman used a devastating spell to kill the knights, Akira unleashed his blood slash but failed as well.

The woman cast a spell that looked like a wall covering the princess on every corner so no one could save the princess.

Akira could unleash another slash but she said "You move, she will be crushed by this spell."

Akira gritted his teeth and his plans failed, Akira ordered all the knights to stand down, and the knights lowered their swords and stopped fighting.

The man ordered once more or he would execute the princess right here, right now. Akira couldn't think of much left to say and to do.

"Hold it right there!" The real king appeared and Volts was there with him.

The King asked them to free the princess and ordered Akira and all the knights to back away.

The King surrendered and gave in to them.

"Wise choice, free the princess!" The man ordered as he knew that he was the real one.

The princess walked out and hugged her father, "It's all gonna be okay, I promise I will return for you" The king spoke while comforting her, she knew that he would return and so she let go.

She then was slashed to the back, the king was angered and took him to the portal and left.

Akira rushed to heal the princess, and she stood up. Akira questioned Volts about how did he manage to make him give himself to the Mikadzuki for his daughter.

Volts just answered that was a fathering instinct, he would sacrifice himself for the sake of his daughter.

Looking back in the kingdom, Volts and The king were having a conversation. Volts told the king, Akira saw what happened and she trusted him, the fact he would go alone to save the princess was clearly his own will. The king made up his mind and finally acknowledged Akira who would selfishly save her by going alone.

The king gave Akira a chance and so he spoke to Volts that should he put his trust in him, Volts nodded and said "give it a try" saying it like he wouldn't disappoint and so the king put away his ego and so he went to where Akira was going until Volts had tracked their location.

He put his trust as his daughter did, Akira promised again to retrieve her father but before that, he must return to the kingdom and take princess Shirahoshi to a safer place.

Shirahoshi trusted him and believed him again, Akira was always confused why she would trust him that much. She said she knew what was coming and how things would turn out and so she knew about Akira. Akira just accepted her reason and so he planned to go for another strike to save the king.

Akira waited until night, he believed the nights when people let their guards down and rest and so he scheduled it. Akira, Volts, and the other knights were completely ready. Akira wouldn't let the other knights die in vain that was killed recently in the attack.

Finally, the sun was down and so they charged, Volts had placed a tracker secretly on the king's royal robe that was very hard to spot and so he would track him.

Akira shouted and told them to follow his lead and so they followed him, the princess knew him well and the knights also put their trust in him.

They went out to the kingdom, on their way to save the king. Volts stated that they were 7 miles away and so they went faster...
