The Fugitive Princess

WARNING: MATURE CONTENT! Aria's POV The world had given nothing but cruelty to me. Being a princess might sound a good idea, but trust me, it's not. I grew up living in fear of myself, a discovery of what I might be. A discovery that costed the absence of my mother in my childhood. Instead, my father, a cold hearted man, raised me. I thought he hated me but he was trying to protect me from the same cruel world that snatched his wife. And then he came into my life, a guiding light in the darkness. A missing puzzle that made me complete. Leon, my personal knight! If he was an angel or a devil in disguise, that, I didn't know! ***** Other books by the author The Assassin's Redemption: A Princess's Journey To Forgiveness Cover is originally mine

Ambushed!

"They've started moving," General Robertson informed Queen Leticia. "Looks like Julian did a perfect job," he added, proud of his nephew.

"We should march before they realize we are here," Leticia informed. She held the reins of her horse before she started for the Anonian camp.

"If we catch Lord Blackwood unaware, the only worry we'll have will be dealing with the dragons." Robertson, who had caught up with her on horseback, nodded.

"I'll bring you his head if it pleases Her Majesty," he intoned.

"How strong is his army?" She asked instead.

"Not as much as I expected to be honest. According to the scouts, approximately five hundred palace guards on horseback and a thousand foot soldiers. We are even." He said grinning.

"This will be a fair war," he added.

"Doesn't look fair to me," Leticia said before she hurried her mount forward. The army followed behind.
