THE DEAL

Less than half an hour after [Loki] left the orphanage, he managed to reach Munich International Airport.

As soon as he took his first step on the ground, he noticed a group of men in formal suits, with a prominent figure with a familiar face in the middle.

The current Chancellor of Germany, [Hans Müller], was standing there, watching the arrivals gate with a serious look.

Müller: "The United Nations decided to establish an academy in order to qualify more responsible future leaders. In addition, the student who graduates with the best grade can get the opportunity to add or cancel one of the international laws, but you may be executed if you are unable to graduate."

Muller: "I know it's a tough decision but the academy will open its doors in two years from now so we will provide you with everything you need to prepare"

[Loki] was thinking deeply about his decision, this might be the only chance to provide a normal life for his sisters

As soon as he said that, Muller stood up ready to leave and continued his speech

Loki was thinking deeply as he thought that he could manage the orphanage without the government's help as they endured hardships from bitter cold in the winter to lack of water in the summer in addition to lack of food

While [Loki] was distracted in his thoughts
