"Wedding?"

I looked up in confusion at the man in front of me. Hades. Everything came slamming into my head at once. Thanatos told me about this before.

Hades was to marry Zeus's daughter when she became of age.

I was Zeus's daughter. I was supposed to marry this heathen In front of me?

"Yes my Dear. You are in the end of your transition, so we need to act fast." Hades extended his hand and I took a step back.

"I have to stay with Paimon. He's vulnerable right now." I crossed my arms and took another step back towards the hallway Paimon and Thanatos entered.

"That's fine, my love. But be ware, I have little patience when it comes to games." Hades winked at me the same way Paimon did and it sent a shutter down my spine.

"Got it. Bye Hades." I smiled and rushed out the door.

Paimon was down the hallway, leaning again the wall.

"Paimon! You okay?" I rushed over to him.

"I'm fine. Just taking a second. Thanatos went to go get water." He smiled at me.

"What are you smiling at?" I ask, blush filling my face once again.

"You."

"Why?" I smile back.

"You're so beautiful,Ivy." Paimon reach out and tucked a strand of pink hair behind my ear.

Pink?

"Oh my god," I flipped my head upside to observe my hair. There were pink and brown strands mixed together.

"You're transitioning." Paimon coughed.

"I guess so." I sad sadly. It's wild how everything can change in a minute. My whole life was a lie. Now I have to start over with new people and a new body?

"Hey look at me," Paimon demanded.

"You're still you. You still have that kind heart and that witty humor. You'll be okay." He reached out a tired hand and I accepted it.

"It'll be okay. I promise." Paimon smiled and I felt tears fill my eyes.

"Come here, love." He pulled me into his arms and held me while I sobbed.

"Hey guys..." Thanatos greeted slowly as he approached us.

"Hey." I smiled and wiped my eyes.

"Where's Hades?" Thanatos looked around.

"No clue." I shrugged.

"Did he tell you about the wedding?" Paimon asked with an annoyed tone.

"He told me we needed to discuss the details. Then threatened me I'm pretty sure." I laughed.

"Threatened?" Thanatos and Paimon said in union.

Oh god, white knights. Am I allowed to say that?

"He said he doesn't have patience for games." I shuttered as his face formed in my head.

"He knows you're skeptical about marrying him then." Thanatos drank the water he brought for Paimon.

"What the fuck man?" Paimon nodded at the glass and Paimon spit the water back into it.

"Here," he handed him the cup and Paimon shook his head.

"We need to go up to Heaven." Thanatos nodded in agreement with his own statement.

"Why?" I asked curiously. What could he need from Heaven right now?

"God knows where Zeus is. He might be able to help us out here." Thanatos pulled out a tiny black book.

"Help out?" Paimon cocked an eyebrow at the skinny man In front of us.

"Well, You don't want her to marry Hades? And I doubt she wants to marry that rat. So we are going to go talk to Zeus about it." Thanatos smiled and opened a portal to a lovely garden.

"Let's go children." Thanatos clapped and pushed Paimon and I into the portal.
