Qin Chen was drenched in sweats, His shirt torn. Old grandpa was floating beside him watching with interest and glint in his eyes.Qin Chen stood straight like a javelin under a water fall, teeth clenched! He was perspiring other the cold water fall.25kg of sand bag on each of his legs, and 15kg of sand bag on each of his hands. He did all kind of strange postures, he practice squatting,frog jumps,press ups.. all kind of hellish postures was carried out. Teeth chattering,bone shaking...

Old grandpa continue watching while preparing a dark green liquid in a big bowl. The liquid was getting hotter every second. Qin Chen fell down, his leg shaking. Old grandpa who was concentrating on making the liquid bath hit Qin Chen with a cane.[stand up! You only stood there for a few hours, look at you panting like a pig! Silly brat! Stand up this instant before I hit you to death! You will be standing there for five hours, by looking at it,you only have one and half our remaining.] Old grandpa berated. Qin Chen stood up with shaky legs with a determined gaze.

This is Qin Chen third day of practice.. on the first day of training he fainted after the hellish training, but the results was obvious, Qin Chen meridian had broaden, his bone marrow strengthened.

Qin Chen who looked like a silk pant before with his white skin, was now having muscle buds which are waiting to blossom.. He looks manly and full of vigor after the second day of training.

Two hours came in a flash, Qin Chen was shaking, breathing heavily. Old grandpa command him to walk himself into the bowl containing the green liquid. Qin Chen walk with difficulties, he was determined to pass the training and began learning from old grandpa. The end of year family assessment is only few months away, He had to show everybody the new him.

Qin Chen was about to jump into the bowl when he was hit with a cane.[hey! Come on put those sand bags out. You better keep yourself rational,if you dare lose your consciousness today I will make sure you never wake up ! ] Old grandpa was truly enrage.. Qin Chen will usually lose his consciousness after every training. Qin Chen became sober after hearing old grandpa raging deep roar.

Qin Chen free himself from the sand bags, and enter inside the deep green liquid, he was about to jump out the old grandpa hit him back into the bowl.

[Old grandpa ! It can't be that you wanted to cook me right?] Qin Chen was almost weeping. This bath was different from the one Qin Chen took when he started the training. The one Qin Chen took for the last two days was bone chilling while today's own was steaming hot.. Qin Chen clenched his teeth, holding back his tears. A hour later Qin Chen grew accustom to it. His knit brow was been relieved, His clenched teeth relaxed.

As Qin Chen was laying in the bowl he was circulating his Qi according to the heaven defy chaos mantra. He felt refresh with the completion of each circulation cycle. Qin Chen was at the third level of Qi condensation realm before he started the training,three days after training he was at the completion of Qi condensation realm. Ninth level of Qi condensation realm! An overwhelming increase in cultivation level with a solid foundation. Every increase in Qin Chen cultivation came from the solid foundation and hard work old grandpa laid down for Qin Chen. After each of Qin Chen medication bath was accompanied by a hellish training.

Qin Chen lay in the bowl dozing off, old grandpa was watching over him after all. Since the training started old grandpa had been finding himself growing fond of this little brat !. Qin Chen was very strict with himself, following old grandpa every strict instructions and after each training section, He always train on his own perfecting his cultivation technique. Qin Chen was already at the peak of Qi condensation realm. Waiting for an opportunity to advance into foundation establishment realm. Advancing into foundation establishment realm was only a matter of time for Qin Chen with his solid foundation.

The green liquid was streaming into Qin Chen open pores before passing through his meridians to his dantian. The Qi was circulating on its own which is one of the advantages of practicing the heaven defy chaos mantra to the primary stage. Qin Chen was unaware of him breaking through into the foundation establishment realm. His dantian was fully filled and it's began to swollen, if the swollen dantian burst then Qin Chen will be crippled if not dead.. old grandpa was about to help when he found Qin Chen dantian compressing on its own into a pea size, it began to swollen again before it was be compressed again on its own!. Old grandpa eyes began to spackle with excitement, Qin Chen physique was fully awakened. The sky swallowing taotie physique and heaven Defy chaos mantra was compatible together. They complement each other. Hahahaha what a lucky brat! Sigh comparison can actually lead to death. What kind of heaven defying luck is this.

Qin Chen dantian was experiencing a change, a great change due to his physique and cultivation technique improving it. Qin Chen form his fourth pillar with the red vermilion sitting on it and the fifth pillar had the white tiger. Old grandpa almost pull out his beards .. Qin Chen successfully advance into the foundation establishment realm.. the green liquid was fully drained. there's no hint of green in the medication bowl except for the clear colourless water..

Few minutes later after his breakthrough, Qin Chen body was fill with filth,not even his face could be recognized, if he was awake and look at the mirror he would notice that he look like the zombies he watched when he was in Earth. The old grandpa kicked him into the waterfall.. he jolted awake screaming!.

He was fully awake , and discovered the filth on his body he scream out.. there were hurried steps heading his way. Old grandpa told Qin Chen about his increase in cultivation and gave him pointers before entering the Ring. Qin Chen was happy when he saw his father's men looking at him. What are they doing here?.

[Young master we heard you screaming , so we rush here ahead of others] the head guard stated.

[Besides you had alerted the other men station at the periphery of the tianluo mountain] the small eye guard added.

[Ohh so that's what happened, you guys can go as you can see I am fine] Qin Chen shrug his shoulder.. the guards roll their eyes,this young master of there's was really not responsible.

[Your father instructed us to bring you back after you are done training young master] the head guard added.

[Ok excuse me for a moment let me change my clothes] Qin Chen commanded.. the guards leave the area for Qin Chen to change his clothes.few minutes later Qin Chen step out fully dressed in white robe, his robe fly and dancing along with the wind .the guards was floored! When did there young master started looking like an immortal, what happened to Young master? Our fourth young master has changed! There eyes creased with excitement. Our Lord patriarch will be excited to hear this news.

Qin Chen stared at the guards behaving weirdly,are they going nut or what?
