CHAPTER 5:A DANGEROUS ATTRACTION
Isabella lay in bed, her body wracked with pain. The curse was taking its toll on her, and she knew that she didn't have much time left.
The Dark Prince sat by her side, his eyes filled with tears. He knew that he was responsible for her suffering, and he couldn't bear the thought of losing her.
"I'm sorry," he whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "I never meant for this to happen."
Isabella reached out and took his hand, her eyes fixed on his. "I knew the risks," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I chose to be with you, no matter what the cost."
The Dark Prince nodded, his eyes filled with pain. He knew that their love was forbidden, but he couldn't help the way he felt about her.
"I'll find a way to break the curse," he said, his voice determined. "I'll do whatever it takes."
Isabella smiled at him, then closed her eyes. She could feel the darkness closing in around her, and she knew that her time was running out.
As she drifted off to sleep, she dreamed of a world where she and the Dark Prince could be together, free from the curse and the dangers that surrounded them.
But her dreams were interrupted by a loud knocking at the door. The Dark Prince jumped up, his hand on his sword.
"Who is it?" he shouted.
"It's the Queen," a voice replied. "I need to speak with you."
The Dark Prince hesitated for a moment, then opened the door. The Queen stood there, her eyes fixed on Isabella.
"Who is she?" the Queen asked, her voice cold.
"She's...she's no one," the Dark Prince replied, his voice trembling.
The Queen narrowed her eyes. "She's a commoner," she said, her voice dripping with disdain. "She's not fit to be with a prince."
The Dark Prince stood up, his eyes blazing with anger. "She's more than that," he said, his voice low. "She's the only one who understands me. She's the only one who can break the curse."
The Queen sneered at him. "You're deluded," she said. "The curse is unbreakable. And this girl is nothing but a distraction."
The Dark Prince knew that the Queen was right, but he couldn't help the way he felt about Isabella. He knew that their love was dangerous, but he also knew that he couldn't live without her.
As he looked down at Isabella, he knew that he had to find a way to break the curse and be with her, no matter what the cost.
