Meeting the in-laws

A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door.

"Who could that be?"Mrs. Bernard said as he stood to open the door for the person.

" What" she shouted in a whispering form.

"What are you doing here?" Mrs. Benard said.

"I'm here to apologize to my in-law-to-be," he said apologetically.

Mrs. Bernard looked around as if she was looking for something.

"Who are you talking to? Who is your in-law? You criminal. If you don't leave now, I will get you arrested" Mrs. Bernard said angrily.

The noise from outside attracted Mr. At first he thought his in-laws were around but when she heard that there was a shout he discovered that it was not just a conversation.

"What is going on here?" Mr. Bernard said.

Joe prostrated and began to plead for forgiveness.

"It's alright, go and come back next time, we are in the middle of something now," Mr. Bernard said as he held his wife to enter the house.
