Trust Nobody

"Well, I'm going back inside to get some sleep now." Emilia says awkwardly as she starts walking away.

  "Oh, uh, okay…" Vira responds while watching her sister curiously. 

Emilia walks inside and goes upstairs to her room. She spots Dietrich walking toward her excitedly and quickly shuts and locks her door before he gets to her. He knocks on the door but Emilia puts her headphones on and turns up her music to max so she can't hear him. She tosses and turns while waiting for sleep to take over, inwardly praying that Dietrich doesn't misunderstand. She just needs some time to think and process everything. 

Her seven o'clock alarm blares in her ears and wakes Emilia with a start. She growls irritably and throws her phone across the room. A  loud shattering causes her to jump out of bed and curse to herself as she realizes what she did. She picks up the phone and sighs frustratedly as she looks at the spider webbed glass on its screen.
