In a desperate effort, Kisame threw away he Samehada, that had a part of him, and after that was immediately absorbed

Since it wasn't the real body of Kisame, who was inside of the Samehada, Kaede didn't get any skills, but that wasn't important

Itachi looked at that coldly, not even bothering to try to help Kisame

Itachi was silent for some seconds, probably contemplating the pros and cons of helping Kaede ir not
