Chapter 4: Midas Touch

Two figures dashed towards little leinad from different corners of the crowd.

Soon they arrived before him,

As the disciples were still slack jawed from the terrifying heavenly tribulation they just witnessed, two Alluring figures appeared beside the unconscious Adriel, the crowd eyes began to water when they saw the two women some of the thirsty disciples even began to drool.

one middle-aged woman and a young lady in her late teens.

The older woman among the pair had porcelain skin, she had blue eyes like the Atlantic ocean, complimented with long azure blue hair.

She wore a body-tight long red dress embroidered with dancing Phoenix.

As for the younger lady, her face was like that of an ice Goddess that descended into the land of mortals, all of her movement were graceful and every where her feet touched sparkled a respledent icy blue light,

Thee two women were none other than the prettiest women in the sect, the Elegant Grand elder Long Fei and the noble-looking fairy Lan Linxu.

Without saying anything they carefully picked and carried Adriel away.

Noon the next day, the sun was up as always emitting it's majestic radiance on the denizens of the world below.

Skyfall sect, at the Third Grand Elder's peak.

Adriel slowly opened his eyes to see a familiar ceiling , he soon discovered that he was lying on the bed in his room.

He immediately recalled what happened and quickly examined the core in his dantian.

The Core was crimson red and radiatiated a resplendent red light, one could feel how noble and the boundless energy this Core held by just looking at it.

Inside the crimson red core was an island about 100 cubic meters in size, and at the very centre of it was a pool made up of pure spiritual qi and it was about 2 cubic metres in size.

In the middle of the spiritual pool was a young tree sapling about 1ft tall with a diameter of 3 inches.

The sapling was small in size but it emmited boudless vitality and life force that could bring healing to most mortals by just standing next to it.

lightening sparks resembling powerful dragons danced around the sapling in a very loving manner and constantly nourished it.

He couldn't help but feel smug now.

Adriel was ecstatic.

And lastly Midas touch!! Adriel's eyes shone, he could awaken martial Beast space! for others including his mother and that ice stone Linxu.

Just thinking about it made his body shake and his heart boil in excitement, how honorable and powerful were beastmasters, in simple words they could be compared to at least ten martial artists in the same realm after all they could send out an army of fierce beasts to fight their battles.

And they were as rare as Phoenix feathers in this part of the great Yan continent making every single one of them be cherished deeply by the force behind them, take the Skyfall sect, for example, they only had 2 beastmasters and their status in the sect couldn't be underestimated, one is the current Prime elder the most powerful person in the older generation of the sect.

Their status could be considered above all and behind no one of both generations.

And now Adriel could create one of two Beast Masters like those prominent figures per day.

At this thought he started to cry!

Adriel laughed a very long unrestrained laughter finding out he had indeed reached the early martial core realm.

He felt like a mountain has been lifted off his shoulders but his joy soon turn sour when he saw the last message.

"why would this weird system add Daze like a fool" Adriel cursed inwardly .

As Adriel was engrossed in his thought the door creaked open and Fan Linxu walked gracefully walked in.

"What is making you smile like an idiot?" She spoke with a clear and cold female voice after reaching the side of his bed.

If any disciple of Skyfall sect saw her now they would be shocked senseless, how can the ice Cold queen in their hearts tease someone, a male at that.

Adriel snapped out of his daydreaming and answered her with a radiant smile: "something big just happened to me, can you guess what?"

Fan Linxu grew curious when she heard that and pondered for a while, after making a few guesses in her mind, her beautiful hazel eyes widen in realization and she quickly replied: "you broke through?!"

After she found him awake this quickly and his body healed completely after facing the heavenly tribulation she began to imagine the possibility that he succeeded this time.

Adriel shook his head and began to laugh again: " you are wrong that's not it hehe "

Fan linxu couldn't help but be disappointed when she heard him but she kept a straight face not wanting to dampen Adriel's mood, she quickly began to console him: " sorry Adriel, don't worry you can try and break through again if you want, this time mother and I will get you better protective devices, if not I'll prot.."

Seeing she misunderstood Adriel quickly interrupted her: "Hey when did I say I didn't break through, I've reached the martial core realm and my cultivation is as stable as a rock"

Hearing his confirmation she jumped to her feet happily.

"Hurry up and tell me stop beating around the bush" Fan Linxu couldn't hide her excitement and curiosity.

"I awakened a beastmaster space," Adriel cooly said

Fan linxu eyes widened in shock, just now she had made several guesses about his so called surprise but she never dared to imagine this, the repercussions of this bombshell he dropped were too much.

Seeing her not say anything Adriel was satisfied in his heart, he liked seeing her like that instead of acting like an ice block all day.

Suddenly a brilliant idea flashed through his mind.

He smiled then he continued: " That's not even the biggest surprise, can you guess what my awakened martial talent is?"

"I've told you I'm don't like guessing tell me what your beast master talent is... wait you awakened beast master talent too" Fan linxu casually replied when she heard his words but then she realized something important from what he said.

he actually managed to awaken beast master talent!.

if Beast masters could be considered the strongest cultivators then Awakened Beast master could be considered the strongest Beast masters after all their skills could directly increase the strength of their tamed beasts!, it's just like how a martial cultivator had special physique that made them stand out among the rest!.

"yes I did" Adriel had a smug look on his handsome face as he answered her, "guess what it is"

Fan Linxu chest was about to explode from the shock and she went silent for a while.

moments later regained her cold demeanor then she asked : "spit it out, don't let me beat it out of you!"

She was dying to know what his talent was, regardless of how trashy it was Beast Master's talent couldn't be underestimated.

Adriel Wasnt in a hurry to tell her yet: "close your eyes and I will show you"
