SUPERHERO GETS A GRANDPA SYSTEM

It's not so easy to make it as a superhero these days. In the golden age of heroes, it didn't matter what kind of ability you had. If you had an ability, dressed up in bright colors, and came up with a crazy name; you had it made. You were a hero. The world isn't so simple anymore. Kyle Kane is finding life as a teenage superhero to be worse than a pimple on prom night. Eliminated from his team and forced into normal classes, Kyle's F class powers have doomed him to harassment and mediocrity. Then one day, he gets a cranky message from a system. "I'm your system, congratulations, blah blah blah." Is this Kyle's chance or just another new way to be humiliated?

A Hard Battle (Bonus Chapter)

The clashes of the two armies were intense and brutal. Sif and Rollins lead the fight and tried to get to the Baron as quickly as possible.

Due to Sif's sudden attack; the army wasn't really organized and ready to attack in an orderly way. The Spirit Men were all gathered together instead of spreading out as usual.

However, at this moment it didn't seem to matter. Everyone understood how desperate the times were. In fact, the Spirit Men being gathered allowed them to combine the power of their spells.

Whole swaths of Rajinn demon fighters were being destroyed. It was like watching someone swiping a table clear of junk.

Kantor leads the Spirit Men forward, and he was guarded by several fighters. The cavalry and chariots stormed into the middle of the Rajinn army and fought with fury.

That isn't to say things were easy for the Rovan Army. Fighting a Rajinn demon fighter was more than ten times stronger than his counterpart.

The average level of these demon fighters was level 55. The average power level of the Rovan Army soldiers was 25. There were fewer Demon Fighters but they were far more powerful.

Squads of Rovan soldiers would form to take on one Demon Fighter. These fighters weren't just powerful; they were also crafty and experienced.

These were the creatures that served Rajinn as he conquered one planet after another. They didn't care about their lives because they were completely devoted to their master, Rajinn.

Sif and Rollins were much stronger than the average Demon Fighter, so they found their matches with the elite warriors of the Demon Fighters.

Sif was fighting against a Demon Fighter twice her size. He was wielding a warglaive against her small sword. His strikes were powerful and unforgiving, but strikes were fast and skillful.

Skill won out against brute strength as Sif dispatched her opponent after exchanging a few blows. She could see the Baron, who was looking down upon the battle.

His eyes were glowing red with madness.

*********

In the dungeon, Kyle and his fellows were madly dashing out of the dungeon. They were fleeing floor by floor, but they would have a hard time making it out.

After all, Shadow Sis was the fastest of them and it took her an entire day to exit the dungeon. They had been rushing out for only an hour.

Kyle was trying to think of a way to exit faster from the dungeon but he couldn't think of anything. He already tried slicing through the walls, but the lower floors were still very strong.

He might find more luck with this plan on the upper floors, but he might also cause a cave in. He was getting more and more desperate.

He didn't think they would have a day to make it out of there. Especially considering that they were carrying all of these soldiers.

"You could try to create a Warp Gate," Gramps suddenly said.

"Warp Gate? What's that?" Kyle asked. He finally had a glimmer of hope after hearing Gramps' suggestion.

"I guess Lady Galgab hasn't taught you that yet, he?" Gramps was getting ornery again.

"Gramps, normally, I find your cantankerous nature endearing, but right now I'm in the middle of running for my life.

Can we cut to the part where you give me the vital information I need so that I and these others with me can survive?"

"Ha-ha haha, kid, I like your spunk. Okay, let me think. How can I give you the info you need. Oh, you just finished clearing the 49th floor and haven't received a reward for it," Gramps said.

<MISSION: CLEAR THE 49TH FLOOR IS COMPLETE>

<MISSION REWARD: BOOK: WARP GATE BASICS FOR THOSE IN A HURRY BY GRAMPS>

Kyle didn't have fun to be amused and simply accepted the reward and immediately absorbed the knowledge. He immediately understood the basics of creating a Warp Gate. He needed time to prepare but he also had to run.

"Bragg, carry these guys for me. I have a way out but I need my hands!" Kyle yelled to the slow-moving behemoth," Bragg merely nodded in understanding and took the two soldiers from Kyle.

The information was in his head, but he had never practiced the techniques before. The team kept running as he practices the necessary hand techniques.

**************

Sif was getting closer and closer to the Baron and her opponents were getting stronger and stronger.

If they were able to attack by surprise the strongest opponent they would have face was only around level 30.

It was too bad that they now had to face an army. Once they defeated the army and the Baron they needed to figure out how to stop whatever the Baron was doing.

Given their lack of success at the barrier; Sif didn't have high expectations of accomplishing much in that regard. She was steeling herself for the likely possibility that they would fight RaJinn.

The thought made her shuddered after hearing everything about Rajinn she knew he was a plague. How could they come out of this? She didn't know.

All she could do was battler her way to the Baron and hope he had some answers for her.

Shadow Sis watched Sif make her way through the battleground and draw closer to the Baron. She was troubled by everything she saw. Why were they trying to kill the Baron?

She and her brother weren't happy about being made into slaves, but slavery wasn't something considered abnormal in this world. What did he do?

She knew Kane was dead set on going against the Baron but he was never clear about why. He even told them he didn't know and was exploring the dungeon to learn about his plan.

As soon as she emerged from the dungeon she witnessed this incredible battle. She was worried about her brother and she even worried a little for Kane, the one who freed them.

She came out of her hiding spot a snuck through the battlefield to see what she could learn. Maybe she could learn something that would help her brother and Kane.

The harder Sif fought, the madder and crazier she became. Her sword strikes became even more ferocious.

She had almost succeeded in getting to the Baron when the ground started shaking violently.

"Master Rajinn!" the Baron yelled in ecstasy.
