"Han'er, Han'er..." The Old Madam staggered over and hugged Lu Han. 

"Grandmother." Lu Han knew that his grandmother truly cared for him, so he hugged the Old Madam tightly.

"Grandmother, Let's move over there." Guan Tong looked at the scene before her, and her eyes felt a little sour. She wanted to hug her grandmother like this, but unfortunately, she was still unconscious on the hospital bed.

"Okay, alright. We'll sit. We'll sit." The Old Madam wiped her eyes and pulled Lu Han to sit down.

"Han'er, how are you feeling?" The Old Madam asked Lu Han.

"Grandmother, my body is fine." He answered.

"That's good…" The Old Madam was relieved.

"Tongtong, it's all thanks to you." The Old Madam held Guan Tong's hand and said to Guan Tong.

"Grandmother, you're too kind." Guan Tong smiled slightly.

"How was your return home today, Han'er? I hope your in-laws aren't angry because I was not there with you.'' The Old Madam worriedly asked.

"Of course not. We get along very well. Don't you think so, honey?" Lu Han reached out and put it behind Guan Tong's back. Honey? When did Lu Han become so mushy? 

This was the first time Lu Han had called her that, and Guan Tong was confused about Lu Han's intention. It was unusual for her to see Lu Han act this way because she had gotten used to his coldness at that point. Guan Tong also always knew that Lu Han was an extremely handsome man. She could tell from what happened between him and the girls in the restaurant.

"What are you confused about? Are you that happy that I woke up?" Lu Han asked and waved his hand in front of Guan Tong's face. His tone of voice was filled with warmth and kindness.

"Yes, I'm delighted. Grandmother, don't worry. We get along well at home, and they're not angry." Guan Tong came back to her senses and awkwardly wiped the corner of her eyes. Guan Tong still couldn't bring herself to call those two people her parents.

"That's good. By the way, how is Old Madam Lin?" The Old Madam had already returned to her normal state at this point.

"Grandmother, she..." Guan Tong sniffled. Thinking of what her grandmother went through, she couldn't help but feel sad.

"Relax, let Han'er find the best doctor for Old Madam Lin." The Old Madam patted Guan Tong's hand to comfort her.

"Yes, thank you, Grandmother." Guan Tong wiped the corner of her eyes.

"Quick, let's eat." Old Madam had already ordered her servants to prepare the couple some food.

"Grandmother, we've already eaten." Guan Tong sighed in her heart. She had already eaten her fill just now and couldn't eat anymore.

"You've eaten? Did you eat at your in-laws' home?" The Old Madam revealed a puzzled expression.

"Yes, we did." Lu Han understood what Guan Tong meant and supported Guan Tong immediately. He was just throwing excuses without a thought at this point. 

The Old Madam was happy when she heard Lu Han's words. It seemed that Han'er was so loved by his new in-laws that they both ate at Guan Tong's family home. Guan Tong was stunned. The Old Madam was the kind person who did not think she was better than anyone. She humbly worried about whether the Lin family liked Lu Han or not. But realistically speaking, who wouldn't appreciate the Lu family with their status and prestige?

"That's great. Han'er, you and Fei'er can still stay here for a while. But Fei'er, could you come over here for a moment? I have something to ask you.'' After her words, the Old Madam went to the study room.

Guan Tong looked at Lu Han. Why would the Old Madam want to speak to her in private? Lu Han squeezed her hand to let her know that everything would be fine. Guan Tong followed and as she knocked on the study room door.

"Come in." Old Madam said.

"Grandmother, why did you want to see me?" Guan Tong politely asked.

"Fei'er, sit down quickly." The Old Madam smiled and gestured for Guan Tong to sit down.

"Thank you, Grandmother." Guan Tong sat down obediently.

"Fei'er, tell me the truth. How did Han'er wake up?" Guan Tong had guessed correctly. The Old Madam wanted to ask her about this matter, but she couldn't tell the truth. Otherwise, the Old Madam would find something amiss. Thus, Guan Tong spoke according to what she had discussed with Lu Han previously.

After listening to Guan Tong's words, the Old Madam nodded. No matter how Han'er woke up, she was happy that he had woken up at all.

"You weren't happy when you went home with Han'er today, were you?" Suddenly, the Old Madam changed the topic. Guan Tong was stunned. How did the Old Madam know? 

Guan Tong quickly reacted and revealed a surprised expression. "Grandmother, why would you say that? Lu Han and I came home happy today, and we're completely fine." Guan Tong tried to brush away the truth.

"Don't help that kid lie to an old woman like me. I've been in this family for so many years. Moreover, Han'er grew up by my side. I know how we would act in any situation." When the Old Madam heard Guan Tong's words, she simply glared at her and told her.

Guan Tong knew that this Old Madam was not a stupid person. She came from a prestigious family and married the Old Master Lu at such a young age. She had gone through many hardships to get to where she was today.
