Chapter 4 The Great Change In Andromeda
NOVA'S POV
"This is madness, pure madness!" I shouted out of anger.
I can't fathom what's happening with my brother. They announced a war against the Milky Way, and suddenly they're siding with them.
I just want to escape this place because it's filled with lunatics. But what about my people? Who will seek revenge for them if I give up? Who will defend them?
As I fly through space aboard my space shuttle, direction unknown, a black hole suddenly appears. It swallows not only my consciousness but also my awareness.
SOLDIER'S POV
I'm the soldier assigned by the high command, Viacyn. I genuinely thought my time was up. I never expected that our high command would be so unpredictable when their thoughts run deep. Thankfully, luck was on my side.
Three days have passed, and I've finally reached Blackgold's planet. The surroundings are peculiar, with many guards even visible from space. At Blackgold's residence, there are also numerous sentinels, but they're not the high command's soldiers. It's like Blackgold has a private army. Oh yes, I noticed that the guards all have a mark on their foreheads—a letter "B" in black.
As I step out of my vehicle, they immediately surround me, pointing various weapons at me: guns, knives, swords, blow darts, maces, and bows. The leader of the guards holds a semi-advanced weapon.
"Who are you, and what is your purpose?" the guard leader asks me.
"Uh, I-I'm, uh…"
I'm nervous and unable to speak.
"Speak up!" their leader demands.
"Alright, I'm Jeedee, a soldier of the king. I've been sent here on the king's orders. He has something he wants to discuss with Blackgold."
The guards immediately showed me Blackgold's room and was currently making boomerangs.
He ignored my coming and continued to do what he was doing. When I looked at his face, he also had a B mark on his forehead. At first I thought it was meant B as in Blackgold but after seeing those black big letter B on Blackgolds forehead it could mean something else.
They may have a large uprising or a coup d'etat but I should have heard something from my fellow soldiers if there was an attempt or a plan.
I took a deep breath and said, "I'm just going to wait outside since there are still lots of jobs left undone for you."
Blackgold didn't speak instead of the chief guard answering.
"It's allright, but do not go too far"
"Don't go too far my ass, I have to inform the higher ups about this and we'll see if you can go too far.
General Alts or the Majesty need to know it right away, Now all I need is a spaceship or a war shuttle or whatever you can to get out of here and warn the Majesty." I whispered to myself.
When I encountered an opponent, I quickly hid from the guards, not wanting to be seen by any of them. Luckily, I found myself facing a tunnel, and beneath that tunnel was a shuttle. I entered it and tried to start it up.
"Success!" I shouted with joy as the machinery worked.
I think this is probably the beginning of my longest adventure. This is the adventure of Jeedee.
KING VIACYN POV
I've almost forgotten the first announcement I made as a result of anger and haste. I thought the Milkians were actually attacking us but I found out they were going to Star Kingdom Galaxy. We are currently investigating the incident.
One of my elders stood up, Elder Gangkhu. He is 200 years old, with a small and slender body. He stands at 4 inches tall, and his mustache reaches his knees, but his strength and power are unparalleled
"You say your location is Central Galaxy but you don't have to go to Andromeda to get there. Why don't you just go straight?" he asked.
King Shone of the Milkyway Galaxy stood up.
"My fellow Andromedans," he began,
"we traveled using interstellar space and our traveler was locked onto one of the planets in Galaxy Central. While in the interstellar tunnel, we were pursued and attacked by space monsters—space sharks, to be precise. They shouldn't have been able to breach that area,inside the interstellar tunnel.Which could only means we're facing a formidable adversary capable of manipulating space. His purpose now is clearly manipulating us to fight and attack each other to weaken each other, and then to only be attacked by this opponent since our strength were exhausted during our battle. The problem is, we don't know who our enemy is. However, this adversary knows who we are," he explained.
I agree with the Milkians, but if there is no evidence and is only hypothesical theory, it is just a mere gossip and that is also the point of my elders.
"Your Majesty here's a soldier who wants to talk to You" said General Alts.
"Let's get this over with and it's a more important topic." I answered General Alts. I almost have gotten a headache cause of him ruining my mood in this meeting which is so important to me for such messy soldier. If I hadn't been in the meeting, I would have struck him with my finger.(his supreme finger technique)
"But the information he has is very important." General Alts answered.
My elders were also confused as well as the Milkyway people seemed to be more interested in the information than I was.
"You're going to have to be a little more careful with the information the soldier brings" Elder Gangkhu urged me.
"If you don't mind, I'll kill you," I told the general.
"Your Majesty, he's not here. He is still in space flying a stealth ship." the general replied.
"He's still in space and can't wait any moment. It looks like it's very important information that he can't even wait to tell the King until he landed and come personally here" King Shone wondered.
The elders of Andromeda were surprised to hear the idea of the king of Milkyway.
"Who is that soldier?" I asked.
"Your Majesty, he is the soldier Jeedee. You ordered him to go to Blackgold to make a strong armor." General Alts explained.
"Alright, Hook me up" I ordered the telco attendants.
"Yes your Majesty," they answered in unison.
"Oh, it's Jeedee. This is me, King Viacyn, are you sure your information matters? If it's not, I'll kill you when you get here." Told Viacyn that makes all the people dumbfounded.
I've been pissed off already. There is no time to waste here for the sake of the meeting. Then, here comes an interruption. It's not entertaining at all.
"Your Majesty, before I get there I'm going to die by then. The men of Blackgold are chasing me and in front of me there are many black holes". Jeedee said.
"What? You steal golds from Blackgold? Why would He chase you?" I asked.
"Your Majesty, I'm not a thief, There's something strange about Blackgold and the Gold Black planet. They all have a B mark on their foreheads. I mean all of them. Almost all the inhabitants." Jeedee explains.
"Mark B on the forehead?" surprised reaction of the elders.
"What does it mean? Blackgold Mark?" I asked again.
"It's not like that majesty, even Blackgold has a brand like that so I conclude it's not coming from him but someone more powerful" The soldier explained.
"Mark B, I've never heard of such a mark." The Old Man speaks with the king of Milkyway.
"I also do not know anything about that mark. Sign, I've never heard anything like it before" Elder Gangkhu agrees.
"Do you know what that brand means?" I asked the soldier.
"I don't know, I know they're planning to attack because they're arming. They're spacecraft is a bit more high-tech than me too because there's stealth." Jeedee continue to explain.
You know, I'm also the one who ordered that stealth to be presented and manufactured and I don't want to mention it.(and maybe we truly misunderstand the Milkyway people.)Never thought that they are planning to rebel and used those weapons against me.
Then the signal of Jeedee disappeared.
"Jeedee! Are you still there? Jeedee! Hang on! Jeedee! Jeedee! Soldier! Reply?! I command you!!!" I shouted.
But I know that Jeedee was the faithful and valiant living soldier. May his soul be blessed.
I just said, "Jeedee, You're a real hero."
"General Alts, summon Longnozz, I need to change the announcement I've just released a few moments ago." I immediately ordered.
I need to correct some mistakes here. I have to made it clear once and for all. I won't care about the bashers and negative reactions of others. I have to shoulder this bravely and face the consequences for whatever it is. It's all my fault for making bad choice, for deciding without listening advice, and deeper invistegation.
"Yes your majesty" said General Alts before leaving.
LONGNOZZ POV
I'm very happy with the results today and I'm almost completely glad.
It's time to get everything back to me.
This is the day that I King Vamuz XI has been waiting for that King Viacyn made a wrong move and now reclaiming his promises to his military and civilians because he lacks the courage and will to do it.
"Aren't you afraid you'll come out a traitor?" I asked the king.
"We need to do what is right. And the innocent should not be judged. We need to fix our own problem in our own galaxy first." King Viacyn answered.
He truly speaks eloquently, behaving like a true king. But what if everyone were to discover that he is an illegitimate child having a sister of someone unattractive? That revelation woould brought curses upon his family.
"I'm really interested and excited to know what is going to happen next to you my dear false King Viacyn" I whispered to myself.
