After knowing that Tom was alive he planned to try inviting him to his crew, he was almost certain that he wouldn't agree but well there wasn't any harm in trying.

After having the conversation with Bolton he decided to visit Tom and his group who were building his ship.

As Brook and Bolton went to a relatively old part of the town with mostly junk present he could see a magnificent ship being built, There were a lot of people working on it but Tom wasn't there. He was still completing the sea train project that he had agreed with the government.

As he observed the area, he saw a young iceberg that had neck long purple hair. He tried to search for frankly, but he was also absent, so he asked Bolton about it and was informed that he was usually out, making battleships or something similar like that somewhere in the junkyard.

After a long wait, he was finally able to meet Tom, Looking at the fish man who was followed by a frog and a middle-aged woman.

Brook stood there unmoving and answered with no change in his voice, "Hmm I see"

Looking at the interaction Bolton was starting to sweat, if things worked like normal then, he was expecting to hear a" hmm, I see.. die then." with Tom's body split in half the next moment.

But as he was preparing for that exact moment, it didn't come to fruition.

Confused he faced Brook, who looked at Tom and asked once again, so can I get the blueprint of Pluton?"

Hearing that Tom got extremely serious and hastily asked," You... how do you know, about it?"

Brook continued, "It doesn't matter where or how I got the information from answer with either a yes or no."

Hearing that Tom answered immediately" No it can't be given out."

"Are you sure about that? Cause if u don't give it to me I will bring down the entire island down." Brook threatened.

As this happened, Brook was receiving immense hostility from the people building the ship, making it seem as if a battle was imminent.

As Bolton looked at the interaction, he thought, there it is, "I almost thought Brook had been replaced with someone else." Thinking that he put one hand on his flintlock and the other to draw out his sword.

As this was happening Brook stood casually without any preparation.

As he waited for toms decision he was still rejected with a " no".

As everyone expected there to be some kind of Battle, The armored man simply replied, "Fine then, anyways, is the ship Ready?"

Hearing that everyone was dumbfounded, they were expecting to have a dangerous battle, but at this point, they were having a headache just from hearing the conversation.

During all this, someone pointed to the almost complete ship, looking at that Brook went and touched the ship and touched the lower hull of the ship.

As this was happening, both Tom and Bolton had very shocked expressions.

Others may not see it but as people who knew about Haki and were able to feel its presence, they had seen something that was impossible by their standards.

As he was walking away, Brook just thought about his action, his haki was stuck in this stage because there were no opponents he could further hone them with. So by practicing the only available haki, his haki mastery had increased immensely. Also, his objective of maintaining a friendly relationship with Tom could said to have been accomplished.

After doing all that, he went waited for the new ship to be ready.

After that, he made a new rule allowing anyone interested in continuing pirating to follow him, and those who didn't want could also freely leave the crew. By doing so the size of the crew decreased significantly but it didn't matter to him as he planned to continue doing the same action of the past to increase his membership.

Also by allowing the pirates to leave his crew, it would increase his reputation in the future by allowing users to be spread.
