The weekend came, and both Long Huojin and Xue Guangli had two days off.

Xue Guangli wore a white sundress and kept her hair in braids. Long Huojin flushed at the sight of her AS she greeted him with a kiss and a smile. They then settled into his study room to proceed with the case.

"I asked Qian Meigui to give me some access to previous court documents," began Xue Guangli, eyeing Long Huojin. "Therefore, it's totally legal, and we won't get into trouble if caught."

Long Huojin chuckled, knowing full well that Xue Guangli did not like the initial stunts he pulled, getting some of the other reports.

They both spent the morning reading. Long Huojin sat by the windowsill, reading by the sunlight. Whereas, Xue Guangli paced around the room, observing files, putting pieces together, trying to comprehend words she didn't understand.

"Ugh!" Xue Guangli said from frustration, raising her arms. "How can lawyers understand any of this?"
