Possibly Final Update

Hello Everyone! I'm going to start this by saying thank you so much for reading this story to this point. I have written nearly all of what I thought could be an ending to this story and was prepared to soon release those final chapters...

Now this is where I might be dashing some hopes. After still suffering some side effects and generally becoming more disgruntled as I have to take long breaks between writing sessions, focus on College work, and then my part-time job, I have come to the realization that the ending I have made may be unwanted. It is an ending that gives hope for a continuation or explanation that may never come. 

So, this update is to basically to say I am considering just leaving this story alone and Chapter 125 being the "ending" of Shattered Autonomy. It ends on a note where Kage's fate and that of his friends is unknown, however, Kage has accomplished his goal. He suffered and was punished for his insanity yet conquered the monster and managed to prevail. What that means for his friends or even himself? It may never be known, and that ambiguousness I think speaks volumes more than a crazy climax that creates an even larger cliffhanger that I can't promise I'll be able to return to. 

Thank you all for still coming by and reading this story. And it pains me very much to not be able to complete this narrative the way I had envisioned. As of now, Shattered Autonomy is on an indefinite Hiatus. Please look forward to my next story: Fuck My Life. Very edgy, I know, but I got something great going on with that one and I have help this time so I can continue to write.
