The System Revealed

As I lay there, trying to make sense of what had just happened to me, I suddenly heard a familiar voice. It was Recovery Girl, the school nurse who had used her quirk to heal me before.

"Are you okay, Akira-kun?" she asked with concern.

I slowly sat up and looked around. We were in her office, and she was standing next to me, looking worried. I tried to speak, but my throat felt dry and scratchy.

Recovery Girl handed me a glass of water, and I took a few sips. Then, I asked her what had happened to me.

Then I saw Recovery Girl's stunned look for a second and then she sigh helplessly while shaking her head. '' Look, honestly it seems like nothing had happened to you, you don't even have the slightest of an injury, your body is justa little exhausted. So, maybe you are having a dillusion…. Or somebody could have 'pranked' you both with some kind of a harmless emitter-type quirk.''

''Hmm, that is indeed the case it seems but who would be so bored to 'prank' us in the middle of the night, abd out of nowhere at that?'' Questioned Alex.

''Then, good luck finding that out yourself , young man. And don't forget to get yourself enough water and rest since the festival's around the corner.''muttered Recovery Girl while walking away to tend to the other injured students while waving her hand towards him.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host! . System Synchronization : Complete!]

'' Huh?!!?''shouted Alex with suprised eyes whilst adorning a knowing and excited smile.

Alex was lying on the bed in the recovery room of UA High School, staring at the ceiling as he contemplated what had just happened to him. He had been hit by a falling star, but instead of dying, he felt a strange power surging through his body. He had a crazy idea about what was happening to him, but he just didn't want to get his hopes high for nothing.

As he lay there, he suddenly heard a voice in his head.

[Hello, Alex. I am the Reincarnation Hero System. Congratulations, you have been chosen as a candidate to receive my powers.]

Alex was taken aback. "Thanks but can I know more about what can you do?"

The voice in his head replied,

[I am a system that grants power and upgrades to individuals who have been chosen by fate. You have been given a special power, and it is my job to help you master it]

Alex was skeptical but also intrigued. "What kind of power?"

The System replied,

[It is a power that can help you achieve your goals and become stronger. With my help, you will become a hero of great renown and make a name for yourself in the world of My Hero Academia]

Alex was excited but he calmed down his thumping heart. He didn't fully understand what was happening to him, but he knew that he was going to embrace this new power and become the best hero he could be.

The next morning, Alex woke up feeling stronger than ever before. He could sense a newfound energy surging through his body, and he knew that it was the power of the System. He was eager to explore this new power and see what it could do for him.

As he stepped out of the recovery room, he saw Katsuko standing in the hallway. She looked at him with concern and asked, "How are you feeling, Alex? Are you going to be alright for the Sports Festival?"

Alex nodded confidently. "Yes, I'm ready. I have a newfound power within me, and I'm going to use it to become the best hero I can be."

Katsuko looked at him curiously. "Newfound power? What are you talking about?"

Alex hesitated for a moment but then decided to tell her the made up 'truth' . "You know when I was hit by a falling star last night, and I was felt like my quirk had been 'slightly' enhanced. I don't fully understand it, but I know that it's going to help me become a great hero."

Katsuko looked at him skeptically but then nodded her head. "Well, whatever it is, I'm sure you'll be fine. Just be careful and don't push yourself too hard."

With that, Alex set out to explore his new power and become the best hero he could be. He didn't fully understand what was happening to him, but he knew that he had been given a second chance, and he was going to make the most of it.

Katsuko's Perspective:

I couldn't believe what had just happened. One moment, I was walking, going back to the girls' dormitory , suddenly I heard Alex's scream from behind and the next thing I knew, he pushed me out of the way of a falling star. The impact sent him flying, and I immediately rushed to his side.

"Alex! Are you okay?" I asked, feeling a knot in my stomach. He groaned in response, and I quickly helped him up to get him to the school clinic. Recovery Girl reacted quickly, using her quirk to heal his injuries.

After he regained consciousness, I thanked him for saving me. It was then that I noticed something different about him. He seemed to radiate a strange energy, and there was a newfound confidence in his eyes.

After the weird talk about his 'enhanced' quirk, we walked our way to the dormitory. Oh and we were persuaded by the school to live in the dormitory after the USJ incident and all.

"Thanks, Alex," I said, feeling grateful. "I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't been there."

He smiled at me, a small smirk playing on his lips. "No need to thank me, Katsuko. I'm just glad I could help. Actually I'm quite suprised you've started calling me 'Alex' already. Did my heroic self move you already?"

" Huh!? Who'd be moved by that? I clearly didn't need your help!" I retorted as my fiery temper kicked in, hiding the red shade of my cheeks.

As we parted ways, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to him than meets the eye. There was something about him that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but I knew that he was different. And for some reason, that made me all the more curious about him.
