Chapter 3

I was woken up by a gentle looking guy the next morning, He looked so handsome. He looked at me tenderly and asked what I was doing out here in the cold.

I couldn't say anything, I just kept staring at him .

He took my hands and said it's okay… "you can talk to me, My mum owns this shop. My name is Thomas Dennis, The CEO of Thomas books enterprises".

I smiled gently, I was very tired. He asked for my name. "I'm Ella by name, I'm an orphan and I have no where to go sir"😔.

I started crying, I couldn't control myself. I felt pain in my heart.

He looked at me calmly and told me to follow him.

We entered his car and he drove to his house. It was a very big mansion, the inside was well furnished, I opened my mouth in amazement.

He took me to an empty room and told me to freshen up, change and relax my body.

He brought new clothes for me and asked me to manage it for the main time till he'll be able to take me to the fashion home to shop for new clothes.

I thanked him and entered the bathroom, I took a hot bath, cleaned myself and wore the clothes he gave me.

I sat on the bed and examined the size of the room, it was three times bigger than my room at my parent's house.

I remembered my aunt sold the house after a month of my family's demise and yet she didn't give me a dime

I only got beatings and maltreatment.

Back to reality,

After thirty minutes, he came back, knocked gently on the door

I opened the door gently, he came in and we started speaking.

Dennis: "I hope you're feeling better now?"

Ella: "yes, better than before. Thank u very much sir "

Dennis: "so, can you tell me more about yourself if you don't mind. I just wish to help u.

And also, pls feel free to stay as long as u want. Don't worry okay?"

Ella: "thank u very much sir😩"

I told him everything about myself and about how my parents and siblings died, I weeped gently, he wiped my tears and told me it's alright.

Then he told me to go downstairs for my food, I followed him immediately, remembering I've not eaten anything for the past two days.

I was served mashed rice, apples juice and chocolates.

I ate hurriedly, I was so famished.

I ate with joy in my heart.
