The security escorted Sarah and Moloch back up to her room crying all the way. As they got back in Olivia embraced them both. "I am so glad you are both okay." Olivia choked up a little while she spoke. Sarah sat back down on the exam table to await her discharge papers. After five minutes of waiting her phone buzzed to life the display showing Johnny sent her a text. "I hope you are coming to the show tonight :)" Johnny never learned to punctuate properly Sarah laughed to herself.
She couldn't bring herself to respond to him so she just put her phone away. She didn't know what to tell him, not right now at least. The doctor soon returned with the discharge papers and they quickly left. "How are we going to get home?" Sarah asked remembering the state the car had been left in. With one sent text from Moloch's phone and a car showed up. "Everyone in and we will stop to eat." Moloch spike shoving everyone in the car his stomach roaring a storm. "Dad it sounds like you are starving." Sarah said holding her own stomach. Everyone got a good laugh out of the situation before the car came to a stop outside a local dinner.
"So are we not going to discuss the car?" Sarah asked her parents. "We don't have to talk about it, Sarah." Moloch said giving a reassuring look to her. Sarah nodded as they exited the car to go into the restaurant. They both got in and seated quickly but everything that had happened wouldn't leave Sarah's mind. "Guys I saw a shadow figure in the rearview mirror before the car was sent into traffic." Sarah said without taking her eyes away from the menu she picked up. "What do you mean Sarah?" Moloch asked. "He kicked the car into traffic." Sarah said not letting either of her parents see the tears forming in her eyes. Moloch slowly lowered his menu trying to understand why something like this would happen just as the waitress came over to take their order. They all ordered their food and as the waitress walked away Sarah could no longer hide her tears from anyone.
"Sarah next time I go to work I will make them pay for what they have done to you." Moloch's hand clenched into a fist. "Dad don't worry about it please." Sarah begged seeing the anger on her father's face. He wouldn't have any of it. He remained silent for the rest of the dinner and most of the ride home. When they got back Sarah went straight to her room to sleep. The stress of the day had worn her out. As she drifted off to sleep she saw herself standing in the center of a pentagram. She had her hands folded over her chest and she was whispering a chant. As the chant continued fire started at her feet and slowly worked its way up her body. As it went up her hands and feet became clawed like a birds, Wings formed on her back, A spiked tail formed from her body, last but not least horns formed on her head as her eyeballs became like a flickering flame. When demon Sarah made eye contact with human Sarah within the blink of an eye they became so close breath made contact with her face. "Welcome to your true self, Sarah." Demon Sarah spoke before giving her a quick peck on the cheek.
Sarah sprang up in her bed covered in sweat. As she inspected her room it was empty minus a note on her wall. She got up to see what it said and it was a short message that seemed very important. "Do the ritual if you want to be able to fight those who tried to hurt you." She read it out loud then went back to sleep. She promised herself that she would do it but mostly cause she thought her demon form was sexy. She woke up the next morning and got straight to work on doing the ritual. The first thing she did was make her way to an abandoned warehouse picking up chalk on the way. The circle wasn't done from her conscious memory but from muscle memory. As she got in the circle her head shot back without her thought and the words just poured from her mouth. She blacked out as the flames climbed over her eyes.
