The great dictator prison

The dictator had a problem currently in his country after the civil war. There were too many criminals and not enough prison for the criminals. So to solve this huge problem, the dictator watch a movie about escaping prison that was in an isolated island and gotten inspired. But the problem was that the dictator wanted profit at the same time having an isolated prison. He was thinking about in what way could he made profit in the prison. Then he got an idea by making them work on making a shirt. And the prisoner who doesn't had long left to live would had their organs taken out and sold them in the black market to earn money. That way not only he could earn money from it, but he could also free up spaces in the prison. Its like an infinite money maker.

However, firstly he needed the budget to made a prison. None of the foreign investment was sane enough to invest in this stupid idea except a country, North Korea. After hearing what the dictator had been planning, they were really intrigued by the idea and thought that if they could work together to made a prison, both of them could use it and be rich together.

After the investment, the dictator needed an island to place the prison. So to find that perfect island, the dictator needed to explore the world using his beloved boat. But then one of his slave suggested that there was an island near the country that had the potential to be a prison. The only problem was that there were some villager living in there and there were lot of rainforest in which cutting them down would causes a protest from the environmental protester. The dictator doesn't seems to care of it a little bit. He ordered the military to catch the villager living in the island and kill them before selling their body in the black market earning them money to build the prison. Then they would be cutting down all the trees in the island to made the prison. The protester in the country protesting against the prison would be shot to dead too without mercy. This prison would have no food and prison cells, but the profit the dictator could earned would be much more important to him than the human rights for the criminal.
