The goal

With all the plan being thrown out of the window, the leader of the rebels were thinking of other plans that they could use without any risk. One of the member then came up with a really great plan with less than one percent chance of failure. The plan would be involving the US.

The US would be spying the weapon storage using the spy plane scanning for any openings and the location of the nuclear weapons. Once the location for the nuclear weapons was found, the rebels would be digging through the underground with width enough for the nuclear weapons to pass through. Lastly, once the nuclear weapon was being extracted from the weapon storage, the nuclear bomb would be send to the US for the protection. Once the guards realize that the nuclear bomb was being stolen, they would be informing the dictator which might be using his military power to find the bomb in the rebels area.

However, the plan would only work if the US would be willing to cooperate with the rebels. The negotiation would be in the US since holding the meeting in the rebels area would be risky as if the dictator knew the US delegation was in the rebels area, he wouldn't be hesitating to drop tons of bomb just to kill the Americans.

The negotiations were really heated as the US were unwilling to use their latest technology risking the technology being replicated by the dictator. But with some convincing, the US had finally reached an agreement that the nuclear bomb would be stored in the rebel zone in order for the dictator would be scared to attack the rebels if they had the nuclear weapon.

The plan would be carefully calculated with a maximum of one weeks to finish all the preparation. Especially once the US jets entering the weapon storage, the dictator would knew about it and would directly assign the military to counter the rebels plan. The US also said that they wouldn't be waiting for the rebels to prepare for the heist since it was also a huge risk for them too.

The goal was that within one week, the digging would be done and the rebels would be ready to stole the nuclear weapon. The task was close to impossible. However, even if a lot of people thought that its impossible, in order to protect the rebels lives and rights towards freedom, they would be making something impossible into a possibility. Of course problem would persist with the pace they were making however, like a miracle, they would be finishing all the preparation within five days.
