After the revolt from the prisoner, the dictator had abandoned the prison since demolishing it would took too long and wasting too much money just to demolished a building would caused more suffering for the country. The dictator then thought about a way to earned money through the abandoned building when he came up with the idea of making the abandoned prison as a museum. The dead body meat would be sold in the market as a chicken or pork while the bones would be used for display.

The museum would had a horror theme telling the story of the evil deed the prisoner had done in the prison. The dictator would be charging his own citizen to enter the exhibit while at the same time banning the foreigner to enter the museum to cover up the scandal happening in the country. The dead bodies that were rotten were being thrown into the landfill along with the thrash to cover up the smell of the dead body in the prison.

While building the museum, the dictator suddenly heard on report of tsunami moving into the country. All of the government employee were advising the dictator to announced the tsunami towards the citizen. However, as usual, the dictator doesn't wanted the people to knew about the tsunami since announcing it would took some money and spooked the people in itself. For the dictator, its better for the people to be swept away by the tsunami thus giving the dictator a reason to covered up all the scandal the dictator had. In the end, the horrifying scene of the people, not getting in time to save itself, shouting help would be everywhere.

A lot of buildings were being destroyed while most of the people in the country were being swept by the tsunami. The survivor were being massacred by the military to covered up the incompetence of the dictator while a lot of evidence on the horrifying things the dictator had done had all been covered up.
