The dictator thought of opening a chicken shops and donut shops in the country to made sure the people would be able to get the western stuff being masked by the great leader invention. He was planning to opened the chicken shop as a way to sell drugs. The people could just walked into shops and bought fried chicken and meths at the same time.

The dictator wanted constant supply of drugs coming into the donuts shop in order for the drugs to always exist. The most important income for the donuts shop would be the drugs. If the drugs were out of stock, the donut shops would loss a lot of money.

The dictator universities would be full of drug users for them to focus on finishing their assignments. Sometimes, when they were stressed, they would be eating snacks as a stress reliever.
