Connection

The aftermath of the disaster, more people were displaced of their homes, and a lot of houses power were cut. To connect back the power, the dictator would either needed to build power grid connecting the power towards the houses with no power at all, or more people needed to build houses close towards the houses that had power in it for electricity. The cost to build a power grid was high enough for the dictator to change his minds. He thought that rather than spend money on the useless power grid, he would rather let the people to build houses towards the power in itself.

Not only there was problem with the power, the waterflow wasn't flowing towards a part of houses too. The dictator needed to repair the piping to let water flow towards houses in which it would cost a lot of money too. The dictator thought of just relocating all the people without any power or water towards the area with abundance of power and water, however, it would took too much time and money for the dictator to care about. So he just build a temporary water pumping facility to pump water from underground towards the people houses. The next day after doing this, the people were all getting sick and dead. The dictator was confused as to how that had happened.

After the disaster, the amount of abandoned buildings were increasing which worryingly would means decreasing population. The dictator was trying to hide those issues by demolishing the abandoned houses and houses with dead people together in it to swept the problem under the rag. Then, he would resell those lands towards potential people wanting to moved into the country.

The people, was infuriated by the amount of scandals the dictator was having while ruling the country. They were having none of the stuff the dictator was trying to do after the disaster and promptly trying to reclaim their human rights and their freedom. So in order to do that, they started a coup instead of protesting as it wasn't working at all.
