Attraction and repulsion

To attract the international gambler, the dictator needed more than a free rice box. Without wasting anytime, the dictator thought of prostitution. While there were children resisting the dictator wishes, he forced those children to be given to a much worse owner than the normal one. Some of the children unable to handle the physical and mental torture would be dead. The children dead bodies would never be returned to their parents and instead, being sold as a doll for those old perverts to use when the children were resting.

With enough supply of children regardless of their gender, those old perverts would be the gateway for the dictator to had a really successful casinos in the world.
