Primordial Divine inheritance

The world of Orion is inhabitated by multiple races from Primordial beings like overpowered Dragons to adapting humans with even pest like Goblins but one thing in common is the touch of Mana. With Mana even the smallest creatures like rabbits and all sorts of insects can evolve into powerful beings and change their fate. Devan is just an ordinary elf with little to no talent in most types of elven magic and would considered increasingly incompetent if not for his very rare innate skill called the Ancient Abyssal Elderitch eye which led to him being kept by an elven Noble for personal gains. Though young in elven years and only about 100 years old Devan was no fool and knew his worth in the Ancient elven forest of Euphora so he mostly kept to himself and used every chance he got to grow in strength and find different ways to protect himself. But even after all the preparations he wasn't prepared to meet Alucard an immortal Deity with the power to create and destroy worlds at will who had ended up getting trapped in a subspace that turned into a dungeon which Devan had coincidentally chosen to raid due to its incredibly low magic rank. Grateful for being helped out of the Subspace now turned dungeon Alucard directly empowers Devan with the inheritance of multiple God's that tried to Kill Alucard but ended up dying in battle. Now immortal and basically assured of being overpowered and undefeatable throughout the known realms on Orion Devan after unlocking his abilities has to get used to his power while trying to live out the carefree and adventurous life he dreamed of but could not attain due to his weakness. PS : MC chooses to help heroes and other adventurers because he doesn't want all the trouble of their battles to disturb his pursuit of a normal peaceful life. And there is very little R18 like 1 in 30 to 40 chapters.

Dark elf village

Before things could get even more out of hand Devan used his telekinesis to lift the possessed body of the elf then he using even more Mana that allowed his Compulsion to work on an intangible consciousness Devan commanded the Wraith to leave the elf's body and reveal itself.

A dark mist began pouring out for the Dark elf's body and came together condensing into a humanoid figure in a dark cloak freaking the other dark elves out.

Since I had already compelled the wraith I decided to keep it and perhaps use it one day so I pulled it into my Shadow word commanding it to stay put in there and not to do anything unless I commanded it.

Since I was fueling my compulsion with Mana to make it strong enough to work on the wraith I was almost out of it completely so I chose to return home and feed on one of the manor servants inorder to refill my Mana only for theeader of the dark elves who was no longer under the pressure of my aura to shout.

"Wait." I wasn't really interested in knowing what they wanted but I stopped anyway only for him to surprise me by bowing "We need your help."

Pausing Abit I decided to play the part and pretend to be the strong elf they thought he was casting a domineering shadow Devan spoke in his most threatening voice "Speak."

"We dark elves have a village nearby that has been peaceful for a long time but recently a threat emerged deciding to settle near the village and begun feeding on our village.

The creature appears in the daytime when Dark elves are at our weakest and have been disoriented by the light , before we used to have a thick canopy covering our village and a wide area around it but that too was thinned down by the beast.

As a last resort this group of warriors were put together to visit this nearby old temple in hopes finding the treasure believed to have been hidden her thousands of years ago and kill the beast with the treasure."

By then Devan had understood that they wanted his help to kill the beast but he had a better idea that would help them permanently so he smiled and walked up to the elf leader holding out his hand "Hello my name Is Devan."

Standing up he greeted Devan's hand saying "thank you for accepting to help us." Soon they were on their way to the elf village with Devan lifting their friends wrapped up body with his telekinesis , after doing some experiments Devan had discovered that the strength of his Innate skills could be boosted if he added Mana.

That's how he had managed to compell a wraith which wouldn't have been possible with his ordinary compulsion but if he used the skill at it's normal level it had some limitations.

As Devan's thoughts were still on his Innate skills he didn't notice that they had already reached the village until the leader of the dark elf group stopped.

Looking ahead Devan saw what seemed like it was once a large village but almost half of it had been destroyed.

By the look on the group leaders face Devan could guess that this was recent so he activated his heightened senses and sensed around 60 people hiding cramped in a rather large basement of a small building.

Walking leisurely through the destroyed village Devancouldnt help but notice the strong concentration of Shadow essence in the with this amount of Shadow essence the dark elves in this village were supposed to have been born with a considerable amount of power.

Based on what Devan had read when he used to be weak Devan knew that finding elemental essence was incredibly rare because compared to Mana it was more pure and did not just allow one who had an affinity for it to control the element but completely connected to the person and made them partially made out for the element.

Most God's knew how to control at least one type of essence but even then none could ever completely master except for one.

Based on that alone this village had a very pure Dark elemental essence almost comparable to his Shadow divinity so they should have their weakest warriors at the 2nd realm and most of their children should be at the 1st realm at birth. While the other elves searched for survivors Devan was more interested in looking for the source of all that Shadow essence.

And with his great affinity for Shadow attribute and his innate skill he oon found it , In the only house made of actual stone and with a substantial foundation a portrait stood of an arch with three dark figures one holding a Daggers , another a staff and the third holding a scythe.

While Devan scanned the painting the dark elves came back all looking devastated and the leader with his head bowed stepped forward "We have found no one in the village , we are sorry for bothering you warrior you may leave because this village is no more."

Ignoring him Devan continued checking the painting until he got an idea and turned to the older dark elf. "Your senses are worse than I thought."

Telepathy was one of the vampire natural abilities but it was not really recognised because any cultivator over the fifth realm could use telepathy if they had even the most meager control over their mana.

So entering the elf's mind Devan showed him where his people where then continued searching the painting and even trying to remove it from the wall only to fail.

It took a while for the elf to process the information but in a few seconds he ran headed in the direction of the small house , meanwhile a slightly ticked off Devan couldn't help but punch the wall near the painting in frustration.

The weak wall crumbled under Devans strength breaking all around the portrait but leaving the painting floating in mid air with no support or mana surrounding it.
