Primordial Divine inheritance

The world of Orion is inhabitated by multiple races from Primordial beings like overpowered Dragons to adapting humans with even pest like Goblins but one thing in common is the touch of Mana. With Mana even the smallest creatures like rabbits and all sorts of insects can evolve into powerful beings and change their fate. Devan is just an ordinary elf with little to no talent in most types of elven magic and would considered increasingly incompetent if not for his very rare innate skill called the Ancient Abyssal Elderitch eye which led to him being kept by an elven Noble for personal gains. Though young in elven years and only about 100 years old Devan was no fool and knew his worth in the Ancient elven forest of Euphora so he mostly kept to himself and used every chance he got to grow in strength and find different ways to protect himself. But even after all the preparations he wasn't prepared to meet Alucard an immortal Deity with the power to create and destroy worlds at will who had ended up getting trapped in a subspace that turned into a dungeon which Devan had coincidentally chosen to raid due to its incredibly low magic rank. Grateful for being helped out of the Subspace now turned dungeon Alucard directly empowers Devan with the inheritance of multiple God's that tried to Kill Alucard but ended up dying in battle. Now immortal and basically assured of being overpowered and undefeatable throughout the known realms on Orion Devan after unlocking his abilities has to get used to his power while trying to live out the carefree and adventurous life he dreamed of but could not attain due to his weakness. PS : MC chooses to help heroes and other adventurers because he doesn't want all the trouble of their battles to disturb his pursuit of a normal peaceful life. And there is very little R18 like 1 in 30 to 40 chapters.

Basic spell

The new planet just as Devan guessed was a new divinity obtained from the blood of the otherworldly vampire emperor hence he could now command shadows with just his will and he had access to the ancient grimoire and the sword the emperor had absorbed.

As for the blood runes that had mysteriously become better they were a result of the nourishment of his divine realm and gave him a boost in strength along with new abilities but best of all whenever he made new blood runes they would henceforth be improved by the natural aura of his Divine realm and improve his powers.

His natural abilities as a Blood elf when he had just turned and cultivated with the barrel of emperor blood were _Vampire claws , Telekinises , Immortality , Regeneration , Blood storage , Crimson Vines , Vampiric speed_ but now he had got two more and the rest had improved and gotten stronger.

His additional abilities were Blood manipulation and Compulsion. After processing all that Devan was beyond Excited and couldn't wait to try out his powers and his strength so he immediately left the pond.

After drying himself off on the natural evening sunset Devan dressed up and headed back inside , his house was small with a bed visible when one entered and infront of it a small eating area with a table and trio of elegant and simple chairs.

Opposite the bed was a shelf of books and a comfortable chair that had a short natural table of grown vines with a lamp that had grown out of the table and provided light with a glowing stone where one could read from.

Dividing the eating area from the bedroom was a curtain with a very attractive design that added a homey aura to the house and without the noisy little girl Devan was able to relax on the chair and pulled out a book from the shelf on Magic knowledge.

The cultivation stages of magic as explained in the book were considered quite difficult to break through with much higher effort needed compared to the realms of warriors which was the easiest and knights which had moderate difficulty.

After one has begun magic cultivation in the mage path their magical element does not matter as the beginner spells for mages in the first stage of mage cultivation is mostly associated with pure Mana.

As one sharpened their control over Mana they would seamlessly break into the second stage but after that it would need one to gather more Mana into their body and meditate with it into their Mana realm to break through the remaining stages.

The information in the book was basic mage knowledge until Devan finally saw found what he was looking for , all spells used magic circles and runes and each person's Mana was a different colour depending on their race and element.

Books that contained magic spells though not rare were very expensive so most mages either learnt magic from academies or from other magic users , in the whole of Duke Ails territory only four mages could be found and one was duke Ails personal mage while the other was Anies who was at rank 1 already despite her young age.

Of the other two only one was approachable and the other was more like an alchemist than a mage due to his severe lack of spells , the approachable one was an old elven mage who lived a short distance away from the village in the woods because he did not like to be bothered and that's exactly who Devan planned to go learn from but he wanted to visit him when he wasn't a complete green horn so the two spells in the book were absolutely essential as of now.

The book first explained about mana realms plus Magic circles and their creation all of which Devan already knew so he skipped it until he reached the two basic mage spells Mana shot and Mana barrier.

Clearing his mind Devan begun studying the two spells and trying to memorize their spell circles until the spells begun taking shape within his divine realm.

Once a mage learns a spell it is engraved in their Mana realm but Devan didn't have a Mana realm , he instead had a Divine realm since he was already basically a God though with sealed powers.

Devan's spells on entering his Divine realm were encased in Dark crimson Mana and rushed right into the black grimoire which had risen up from inside the dark planet on a pedestal.

Entering the divine planet Devan teleported next to the grimoire and opened it finding the two spells circles drawn on the first pages of the grimoire and on the third page was another spell called Dark Mana blade.

Curios about it Devan also begun studying the spell circles until he was sure he had memorized it then he left his Divine realm and closing the book got out to try his new spells.

The bonsai trees obviously could not be used as targets because they were his precious possessions and they had been nurtured by him since they were seeds.

Aiming for a distant tree over the wall about 10 metres away Devan begun picturing the spell circles for the Mana shot expecting to feel his Mana seep out but nothing happened and he tried all the rest but nothing happened.

Surprised and confused he tried imagining the spells but that also didn't work until he thought of activating the spell causing his mana to gather at his palm and form a simple magic circle in about five seconds.

The magic circle was reddish black in colour and had two runes in it , moving his palm the circle moved with it so Devan ran some more tests only to find that he could move the circle with his mind or make it disperse and appear somewhere else in a one metre radius near him which was only possible for a third stage mage.

After testing all that he pointed it towards a tree over his courtyard fence and the Manor fence then pushed Mana into it but nothing happened again , having got the gist of it he willed the spell to activate only to feel all the Mana he was trying to push get sucked into the circle and form a large ball of dark crimson energy his size that shot forward.

The ball soared over the wall and entered the forest continuing for about 30 metres before slamming into a tree and ripping right through it and about 20 more then dissipating.

The noise caused by the spell caused the manor gaurds to start rushing around to check on the Duke and his family us Devan and investigate the noise but by then Devan had rushed back inside and entered right into his bed to call it a night and try the other spells in the morning.
