Chapter 5 - All Grownup Now
6 years later….
The stomps of something huge echoes within a forest
It was a cyclops with nothing but a cloth covering his waist
He was chasing 2 girls
One that had long white hair while the other had short brown hair
They were both beautifully in their own way
But in this situation they were in they had no other option but to run
"Why is always something!?"
Shouted the brown hair girl
The white haired girl didn't say a word
The forest was thick and covered most of the land here so it should slow down the cyclops
But it suddenly leaped in front of the 2
It picked up a tree and threw it at the girls
The white haired one stomped her foot and a huge ice wall formed between them
When the tree made contact, huge chunks of the ice shattered and the wall was dented
Next, the cyclops started charging towards the wall
"Could really use a spell here."
"Don't rush me."
The brown haired girl started gathering mana within her hands
It got bigger and bigger by the second
As she was casting her spell
The wall of ice collapsed
The cyclops punched through
"Get ready, when I throw this I want you to cover your eyes okay!"
As soon as she said that, she threw the huge white ball that exploded into a huge light
The 2 girls immediately closed their eyes
It was a huge flash bang and scorched the eye of the cyclops
It was so strong that even it's skin was burning
"Your clear to get the shot!"
The both opened their eyes and the one with white hair started charging towards the cyclops
It was tumbling on the floor and shaking wildly
It was enraged and scared
The girl leaps into the air forming a huge sword made of ice
She was formed ice restraints over its body so the shot was clear
The sword sunk into the cyclops neck and slashed through
When the girl made sure the cyclops body stopped moving and was dead
Cyclops have a strong regenerative body and could regenerate lost limbs
She incased it in ice
"I think the organs will sell for a good price."
"Says the one who angered it!"
The 2 girls were Clara and Claire
"You were the one that said 'man I wish we had more money to spend' and cried overnight for not being able to purchase a cake!"
"Thanks I guess…."
The two for the past 6 years have been trained by Grace Hollowstream in preparation for the academy
As someone who had firsthand experience within, she wanted to make sure they were ready
And now they were ready to fight A - Class monsters with a certain amount of difficulty
"Anyways, we'll need all the money we get for the capital of Ostrein."
"This is the year we have to leave."
Clara grumbles in a fit and starts trying to drag the body
"Clara, we only need the organs, not the body."
"Oh right, god this is so embarrassing. Your the only one her right?
"I'm afraid not."
A fairly tall boy walks out of the forest with a bow and arrow in his hands
"Eep!?"
I got ready and summoned dozens of ice blades
"Woah!? I'm sorry I startled you guys. I just came as I heard a disturbance."
"Usually you run the opposite direction. Who are you!"
"You don't have to be so harsh Claire!"
I glared at Clara
"Be quiet."
I got up into Clara's face
"Rule number one is to be careful and not trusting or you get stabbed in the back."
"Number two is that anything can happen. It's safer to be cautious than be sorry later."
Clara was on the verge of tears of tears
I sighed and apologized until I heard the sound of an arrow being notched
*schnick*
I summoned a wall of ice
"I knew it."
Several men emerged and the little boy became an old decrepit man
"Clara, get some rest while I deal with these guys."
"Do you think it will be easy taking us down?"
I looked around
We were surrounded
I counted about 16 of them including the fraud
"Oh it will be much easier than killing the cyclops."
I made a cocoon of ice encasing Clara
I charged straight toward the big guy
He was wielding a large claymore
Memories started flooding my head and I formed my own claymore made of ice
It started out short but the closer I got the longer the blade extended and heavier it got
I swung at the guy with all my might
He tried to block it but his sword shattered and he got knocked against a tree
He was out
I dropped the sword and formed an ice whip
I extended it and grabbed a guys ball and chain and threw it somewhere
I next grabbed his wrist and threw him against the same tree
I dropped the whip and formed a scythe next
I charged at 3 guys holding spears and caught their spears and kicked their feet
They all fell and I eventually stomped the daylights out of them
*schnick*
My scythe cut right through the arrow
I blocked all the arrows and stepped back
I dropped the scythe and formed a bow
I pulled the string and an arrow formed
I let go and it hit his own bow and froze it to his hand
I continued firing at him and he tripped while backing away
I took this opportunity and shot his arms and legs
Soon the many men with swords charged at me
I dropped the bow and made my own swords
I was ready to take these idiots down….

I don't even know where to start
We followed 2 girls that looked like they needed help so we were gonna save them
Afterwards, they would be grateful and trusting
We would sell them to the slave market and the cyclops for money and lived stacked
But things took a different point because of that white haired bitch
She single-handedly defeated the cyclops
When I used disguise magic and got closer, she was extremely cautious
I knew that she would have been a problem so I took my chances but failed
It was like she knew the whole time
She blocked my arrows and when I brought back up
She was destroying them left and right, knocking each of them out
We were supposed to be the ones in control and the girls scared
But the opposite happened and now we're getting destroyed
My arms and legs were trapped so I couldn't offer support to my comrades
She was making weapons made of ice and I couldn't do anything
All I could do was sit and listen to their screams
Until it all went quiet
I heard the sound of walking
Feet were brushing past grass
I was scared
I didn't know what was happening
Until the face of the bitch came into view
She was standing over me
Wearing leather armor that wrapped around her armor
She was wearing a white tunic and black tights
I could see the eyes of a beast staring down at me
"Have you heard of Hollowstreams?"
She uttered
Hallowstream
It was a surname
Where did I hear it
I know I heard
It was on the news several years ago
The emperor gave a woman a title
Who was that woman
White hair
White hair and hollow eyes that devours
Grace Hollow
The Sea Empress
Oh no
What have I fucked up this time!?
"The Sea Empress, Grace Hollow…."
"Sea Empress was my mom's title? Guess that makes me her Ice Princess."

Well the last guy passed out on his own
I walked towards the ice structure I made a while ago
I saw a sleeping Clara
She was sleeping so peacefully while I was in a fight
The ice slowly dissolved into thin air
"Wake up Clara."
I caressed her hair while she struggles to get up
"Took you long enough."
"Just help me drag they're bodies together
She sighs and starts dragging the small ones while I picked up the big boys with my hands
They were gathered in a small circle and they would wake up shortly
Before that happens I chained them up together with my ice of course
They each were chained individually together
And their hands were binded as well
While they were asleep I got up and started harvesting the cyclops organs
I took the heart, stomach, and core of the cyclops
The heart and stomach were huge so we put them in mom's spatial pouch
The core was intact and was at the level of a A - Class
I should ask Clara what to do with the core as it was valuable to her as a mage
I skinned the hide of the cyclops as I heard it was fireproof
I also brought the head to prove it was a cyclops
"Guaghh!!!"
"One of the guys woke up Claire."
I got up and made a chair for both of us
Soon they would awaken and I would interrogate them
When they all awoke I questioned immediately
"Now that all of you are awake. Why did you disguise yourself and attack us?"
"We wanted the loot of the cyclops and sell you guys to slave traders."
Clara shook from this
"Clara, you should know that the world is not pure, things like these things happen all the time."
I comforted her the best I could and we decided to leave them like this
I couldn't kill in front of her and there was no way to transport them all the way to a city and hand them over to the guards
It was better to leave them here to die by a monster
Monsters would start approaching by the smell of the dead cyclops
My powers have stopped preventing the body to decay so we needed to hurry
We left and never looked back at the area...

An ogre and some trolls marched towards are direction
They arrived quickly and before the ogres club hit us

Arrows rained down on the monsters

I could hear my teammates screaming in pain one by one
I guess we got unlucky
As he thought of that a young boy stepped up
He had platinum blonde hair and red eyes
He said a few words and a man appeared
"Get rid of any evidence of that something occurred here."
"Yes your highness."
He stared at this battlefield that occurred
The ground was damaged and many trees were cracked
He looks at the piece of ice in his hands
It was an arrow with a message on it
'I know your watching me'
That white haired girl feigned missing the archer but actually aimed this message towards him
She was aware of people watching her and knew their location
"It seems like cousin is no normal girl…."
