Playing PokeMMO In Another World
Imagine a Guy with barebone knowledge of Pokémon, gets transferred to a World where no one knows about Pokémon And the said World somehow gets connected to a World which is similar to Pokémon Games. Well, This Story is all about that Guy. Introducing Dipper, a normal teen who stumbled upon a game called PokeMMO while watching a short video. Dipper who is neither a Pokémon expert nor had he ever played a Pokémon game other than Pokémon Fire Red was intrigued by the game and chose to give it a try. While Dipper was immersed in the game, a powerful bolt of purple lightning struck his house's roof. Dipper didn't had time to react as he watched lightning tore through the roof of his house and struck him. Waking up after the strike, Dipper finds himself in a completely different world – a world almost identical to his original world. Almost, as nothing related to Pokémon exist in this World, be it Pokémon anime, Pokémon games, or even Pokémon cards. Thinking that this was just a normal world, Dipper went outside only to witness the most unimaginable thing in the sky he could have thought of. "Is that a bird...?" "No, it's a plane...?" So Yesterday I Was Going Through The Comments, And One Thing led to Another, And I Found Something Called 'FireRed Team Rocket Editon'.
After Some Digging, I Was Intrigued By Its Concept And Storyline. And That's When I Thought Of Something...
Why Don't I Make It So That Dipper Accepts The Team Rocket Grunt's Offer And Join The Team Rocket?
But That's Where The Problem Is.
I Would Need To Change The Whole Plotline Because Of This.
So I Would Like To Ask You Guys Of Your Opinion.
Option 1 - Let The Story Proceed How It Should According To The Original Games.
[ - Stable Storyline (Will Follow Pokemon Games Storyline Closely.)]
[ - Realistic Interaction And Grind (Same Efforts Required To Level Up As In-Game, Hard To Encounter Pokemon With Decent IVs, Etc.)]
[ - Stable Updates (Since I Have Already Thought Of The General Plotline.)]
Option 2 - Let Dipper Join Team Rocket.
[ - Unstable Storyline (May Follow 'FireRed Team Rocket' Storyline)]
[ - Unfair Advantages (Easy Level Ups, Easy High IVs Pokemon, Etc.)]
[ - Unstable Updates (Might Encounter Writer's Block Since I'll Need To Rethink Many Plots.)]
Please Note That The Effects Of These Options Will Only Be Limited To The Pokemon World And As The Story Proceeds The Focus Of The Story Will Shift From The Pokemon World And The Story Will Be More Focused On The Real World.
So Which Option Should I Go With...?
Option 1 - Let The Story Proceed How It Should According To The Original Games.

Option 2 - Let Dipper Join Team Rocket.
