Swish! Swish! Swish!
Some areas were illuminated by the light of the torches. There was a man with short black hair, blue eyes, and a typical man's body. Kai was swinging the rusty sword he obtained after killing the skeleton and making a sharp sound in the air. He can improve his physical strength and complete the quest given to him by the screen by doing so.
"I have to train my body here manually," he said to himself as he swung the sword with all of his strength.
He also discovered that using the proper stance to wield this sword gave him an instant oomph of strength. The strong force coming at the face, as well as how the small rocks moved in two directions, served as his foundation.
He was swinging his sword vertically it was natural for the small rocks to move sideways since the force was coming from the middle.
"I have to train my body here manually." He uttered to himself while giving all the strength he got just to swing this sword.

3 hours had flown by, and Kai was experiencing extreme numbness in his arms, legs, shoulders, and chest as they all moved in this training. Of course, he took two breaks, each of which lasted roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
Simply put, his current stamina was insufficient to complete the quest on a continuous basis, and he was able to avoid passing out once his stamina was depleted.
1950...
1951...
1952...
At this point, he was experiencing a heavy body, and it occurred to him to take a break. Despite this, he shook his head, knowing that this was the best way to improve his endurance. Why? It was a case of mind over matter; if he rested, there was a good chance his decision-making would be influenced when he was faced with a difficult situation again.
"I can do this... I only have 48 swings before I completely end this task."
He muttered, then continued to swing the rusty sword until the very end.
Swish! Swish! Swish!
1998...
1999...
2000...!
Finally!
His voice echoed throughout the place after he yelled loudly. And for some reason, he felt satisfied by completing this physical quest.
"Yes, this quest is hard to fulfill. So I'm happy that I can do something like this."
His reasoning was that while he was in the mansion, someone was doing the hard work for him, which was why he spent so much time inside his room. Despite his desire, his butler Nakao completed the task before he began.
Ding!
A dinging tone went to his ears and followed up with the blue screen that appeared in front of him while lying on the freezing ground because of exhaustion.
His body was drenched in sweat, and his hair was soaked to the point where sweat dripped into his eyes. He immediately erased it in order to read the new context provided by the system.
[Congratulations on completing the quest!]
[Would you like to receive the corresponding rewards? Yes/No]
In his mind, he should practice how he was going to use the direction provided by the screen. First and foremost, he would not be on this floor if he hadn't inadvertently said the word YES.
"Yes"
He said this word to his mind and multiple screens appeared in front of him.
[Great! You've collected the rewards successfully!]
• [Sword mastery I] - you are now familiar with how to use the fundamentals to utilize the sword.
• [+15 stamina]
• [+2 free attribute]
• [Swordman's skill scroll]
He was surprised, blinking his eyes open and smiling broadly. "It appears that my efforts are bearing fruit."
Kai was also not using his free abilities for a good reason. To be clear, he had no idea which of his skills he lacked so he can't put it whenever he wanted. Aside from that, the swordsman class had just arrived, so he wanted to invest the free attributes in a specific strength that would be extremely beneficial to this class.
[Do you unlock the skill scroll? Yes/No]
But first, he was curious to see what kind of swordsmanship had tends to result in this scroll. So he said the word "Yes" in his head once more.
[Skill is choosing at random! Please wait a moment! ]
"Random? So it means there's a good chance I'll get a stronger ability despite my current level?" Kai wondered, shaking his head and hands in unison. "No, that kind of thing is impossible; based on what I knew, the skill would be given at the start depending on the character's status."
In his mind, he could obtain an offensive skill like [Deffusive skill] that would be sufficient to kill a low-level monster.
Kai was gradually kneading his chin, unsure of what kind of skills he would acquire. Until... In front of him appeared a new elevated blue widescreen.
[Thorn Dash] - by dashing to the enemy and ticking them with your sword, you can increase your damage by 65%. To activate the passive skill, this skill must be applied to two or more opponents. Mana cost: 7 (reduced to 4) if you successfully create two or three stacks against the enemy.
To put it another way, the user should act in a certain way with flashy movements and had great sword handling in order to inflict the most damage possible. Or rather called it, the Zigzag pattern, which is how the skills looked and how the gamers referred to it in the RPG online.
Well, he can't complain about the given skill since it can be good into the two important factors which were the defensive and offensive battle.
"It's not that bad for the kind of quest. Also, I can use this skill to escape if I face strong monsters since it allows me to have extra movement speed." He said in a deep tone along with the idea where he was going to put the free attributes.
+8 free attributes he had right now. He clicked the screen and the character's status popped out.

Kai spent his free attributes on Vitality to increase his health power, Dexterity to improve his sword handling skills, and Intelligence to expand his mana pool and be able to use the skill that would appear to him.
"What was that?" he exclaimed, his eyes wide with confusion after seeing images of a middle-aged man and woman inside his head. "Mom?" Father?"
It seemed the pictures given by his mind were his parents. He also discovered that by applying the free att to his intelligence, he was able to recall some of his memories.
"If that's the case, I just need to put there my attributes if I really wanted to know more something about me." He said in a serious, at the same time, figured out that his body was already recovered from the exhaustion. "This is fantastic; I won't have to wait any longer to continue my journey here."
__
To begin, he pushed himself into a standing position with the thought that he needed to enter one of the three tunnels nearby.
He patted his buttocks to remove the dirt that had racked up on them. "The only way out of here is to become a stronger player; if I keep running away from those monsters, nothing good will happen, and worst-case scenario, I might die."
Kai was trying to persuade himself that he was making the right decision in this perilous situation.
Meanwhile, Kai had made it through three tunnels in a row. All of the tunnels had the same structure, but the main difference was that each one had a different outcome, which could be good or bad for him.
"There's no turning back now..." He went to the middle tunnel as he felt it was the safest route to take right now.
Mild heat from the torches mounted on the wall touched his body inside. Nonetheless, he paused for a second to pick up a torch after noticing that there was no torch visible from afar.
His ears picked up on the sound of his footsteps and a drop of water hitting a solid surface.
"It's just a straight tunnel if there's a monster inhabited here, it'll probably be located in front of me," he didn't forget that the monsters would attack him again sooner or later.
~
Alas, after walking for almost 250 meters, Kai reached again another door that seemed next floor in this dungeon. "It must be it... Once I open up this door, monsters are surely coming at me. I need to be more careful." He tightly grabbed his sword, then pushed the door with his other hand.
Eengg!
The sound of the rusty door slowly opening came to his ears. He walked inside of it, noticing the place was tinier than the first floor.
BOOM!
As soon as he took a glance where he could hear an unfamiliar sound. A strong explosion happened and it shook the entire complex.
"No, it can be? This is the skeleton mage?"
