Izuku rubbed his chin and thought about it. Frank wasn't allowed to answer again, that means that he knows and Frank once said that he had 50% of the Template, so the only way he would know was that it was 50%!

Everyone looked at Izuku, who thought for a moment before turning into his hybrid state. Bullet was stunned and clenched his fists. If only he could answer a question!

Izuku looked at him and smiled, "Next question, we'll help you!" Bullet looked at Izuku and smiled "Ah… Hero." while gesturing to Izuku, who smiled happily.

[Answer! Heteromorphic Quirks are essentially flawed in themselves. The Gene Sequence of the Quirk is broken in a sense. They are 'incomplete' as Quirks continue to Evolve, this flaw will fix itself. In the Future, Heteromorphs will become like Zoans.]

[However! The advantages of Heteromorphic Quirks far outweigh the disadvantages of appearance. Essentially, the Quirk is the embodiment of an animal of some sort. Quirks are inherently able to evolve on their own. Like Zoans, they can be 'awakened' without the need for a Devil Fruit.]

[The degree of evolution is much higher and easier than non-heteromorphic Quirks. For Example: Shoji's Quirk is based on an Octopus with resemblances of a Vampire Squid. Vampire Squid can essentially make themselves invisible at will while Octopus can regenerate tentacles.]

[Through Shoji's Quirk he is able to reproduce any part of his body on his Tentacles. Therefore, proliferation is accessible. It is unknown if Shoji can produce a fake clone of himself via Tentacle proliferation. However, it should be possible. As well as achieving Invisibility in dark areas and producing spike-like spines or spraying non-poisonous mucus from his tentacle membranes.]

Shoji was stunned, staring at the screen.

[Another example is Mirko: A Rabbit Heteromorph. This is much more straightforward, an all around exponential increase in all abilities, going beyond the capabilities of a normal Rabbit.]

[Although, should a Heteromorph receive a Devil Fruit reward, they would have a body reformation and return to a human base form. As it is a Life Level reward, the Genetic Defect will be cleared and a superior gene will cannibalize the Quirk Factor, producing something new.]

All the Heteromorphs' eyes sparkled!
