The scene changed to Galan and Olvia.

Galan got a call from the Elders that Ace was captured and Blackbeard was a Warlord. They expected a Public execution and Galan felt his brain buzz. They said that they approved his status according to Galan's promise from the Warlord meeting, before hanging up, happy with his progress.

Galan was grim, is this what it felt like to trap yourself?

Olvia calmed him down and told him that he always thinks of a solution. He thought quickly and made a call to put Ace in the 6th Level of Impel Down for now. He frowned to himself, he really needed to think hard about how to get this stupid boy out of this pickle!

He closed his eyes and thought about everything going on. If he publicly executes Ace, no doubt Whitebeard would come knocking…

Then Galan froze and opened his eyes, they shone brightly!

Perfect!

Isn't this what he wanted from the start?!

He grabbed Olvia and ran out, her body flapping like a flag in the wind as Galan ran across Marineford in an instant.

They got home and Sugar was sitting on an Elephant, cheering as the Elephant threw balls into hoops!

How nice!

The elephant cheered for himself as well!

Anyway!

Galan ran to the room and Olvia lunged in as he closed the door. She rolled on the ground and stood back up, smiling happily! Galan ignored her and called Whitebeard, who laughed asking if he had a change of heart and wanted to join his crew.

Galan ignored his nonsense, he was the Fleet Admiral! This Newgate guy was getting bolder in his older years! Galan told him to go somewhere alone and that Ace was in Impel Down right now.

WHitebeard was stunned and shouted in disbelief, extremely angry! He nearly knocked out his crew with Conqueror's Haki!

He asked Galan if he heard correctly and Galan told him that he did! Telling him to make sure he's alone so that nobody hears what he's going to say next.

Whitebeard told his sons to leave as Galan told him that Blackbeard captured Ace and turned him in for the Warlord status. Whitebeard was so angry that he said Galan's name directly! You could tell he was fuming.

Galan told him that he wasn't scared of him! Telling Newgate that he had a foot in the grave already, killing him would be mercy! He added that there was nothing in this world that could scare him! At most he'll just die, he didn't care at all!

Whitebeard asked if it was going to be a Public Execution and Galan told him that he wasn't as stupid as he looked! Whitebeard's eyes twitched and Galan went on telling him that he was giving him time to collect as many scumbags on the sea as he could before announcing Ace's execution in half a month for a week after it releases. Then Whitebeard can attack Marineford with all these evil scum and they can clean up the Marines and Pirates at the same time!

Whitebeard asked what was in it for him and Galan told him that Ace would get to live and his real sons and daughters didn't have to die at all. This was a win-win. Whitebeard laughed, telling him that he had guts to do such a thing right under the nose of the World Government, asking him to join his crew again, saying that he could have an entire fleet and division for just himself!

Olvia smiled sweetly and Galan told him a harsh truth, that Whitebeard was not going to survive this time.

Olvia froze and looked at Galan, who's veins were throbbing on his clenched fist. After a few moments of silence, Whitebeard laughed happily, telling him that he didn't care as long as his sons and daughters were okay! He would take Marineford with him! Asking how would Galan protect the good ones though?

Galan simply asked back 'What good ones?' Whitebeard understood immediately and burst out laughing, Galan had already moved all the good marines out! No wonder why he didn't care at all!

Finally, Whitebeard agreed and told him to be careful otherwise he might really kill him! Galan retorted that he was too old to kill him before hanging up.

Olvia looked at him, asking in confusion 'You're going to kill him?' Galan clenched his fists telling her that Edward was a good man, his honor and pride wouldn't let him die on a bed full of IVs… adding that if anyone should kill Newgate, it should be him!

Galan revealed that Newgate saved his life at God Valley; if it weren't for him, Galan would've been killed by Rocks' crew. After that they met for many things, trading information, news about Linlin and Kaido, where Newgate should take territory to shelter the most people possible…

He continued that, to him, Edward Newgate was a friend. It was only right that a friend gave him an honorable death. Olvia was shocked and asked how nobody knew but Galan left telling her that Roger and Garp knew, asking her why else did she think he had a Fish-Man unit under him?

Olvia's eyes widened and she covered her mouth, looking at him with watery eyes full of sadness. He told her to stop looking at him like that before leaving, she muttered when the door closed, 'Otherwise you would doubt yourself, right? You poor man…'

That night Olvia watched Galan screaming his lungs out and smashing the seastone block until his fists were mangled. Tears dripped from her eyes.

Nobody said anything.

Whitebeard looked at the screen and drank from a giant gourd in silence. The rest of the crew stared at the screen, tears slipping from their eyes. They couldn't believe it at all. All of the extension ships of Whitebeard's fleet stared at the screen crying with frozen faces…

Ace stared at the screen in Marineford, unable to close his mouth.

Luffy was breaking out prisoners and escaping Impel Down with them as Jinbe sighed regretfully. Crocodile snorted, "This bastard… Dyin' without me!"

The Marines on Marineford collapsed in disbelief!

They were all going to die here today?!

The screen continued

Half a month passed

Galan had sent up everything already, even if these Marines wanted to escape it was simply impossible. There were traps, plans, executioners, everything. There was quite literally no escape from his grip.

Even the Warlords that arrived would be unable to escape.

However, they weren't to be killed just yet.

Galan needed them for something else.

The Good Marines were all sent on a Special Mission before the news was released. They were to surround Germa and force them out of the Blues! Galan didn't think they could kill them, so he only wanted to force Germa out for now and establish a full scale Marine presence within 2 years.

Avoiding Casualties against Germa was crucial.

Galan hoped that Judge was smart enough to understand the message and back off.

Just as Galan was preparing to release the news, the Elders called him telling him that Luffy attacked a Celestial and he had to dispatch an Admiral.

Galan was stunned, there were no Admirals to send! He caught his words quickly, telling them that this was unacceptable and he would be going himself!

The 5 Elders were satisfied and very happy, Galan was always ready to prove himself. He was a good dog from their point of view.

Galan left everything to Olvia before shooting out the window and disappearing in a flash.

[Borsalino: Fuck! Fleet Admiral! You're faster than me?!]
