[Nico Olvia: Basically, as your muscles get stronger and bigger, you use Life Return to condense your form and store up all that power into a sort of Life Essence hidden in your cells. This leaves your cells healthy and active beyond when they should die, therefore slowing your aging process. There's another part of this technique, but Galan refused to teach it to me.]

[Nico Olvia: Theoretically, if we were to continue training like always, everyday, we could live to at least… 160. So the prime of our youth is extended from 30-90 and then our strength will decline a bit.]

Frank felt better as the pain subsided and he hear a mysterious voice in his head.

Frank was stunned and felt his body strength, shouting "Holy fuck! Lieberman, stay away from me for a minute…" Lieberman was stunned and Frank frowned, "I might accidentally kill you!"

Franky got up and came to a sandbag, throwing a casual punch as though he was fooling around.

The sandbag exploded violently and the remnants shot across the room, smashing into the wall and leaving speckled holes from the sand.

Lieberman was stunned silly and Frank grinned savagely, "I can get used to this!" before turning to Lieberman, saying "Get up, asshole! We're training!" as he grabbed the still naked Lieberman by his hair, not using any strength at all, trying to not hurt him.

Frank and Lieberman started doing pull ups and basic training routines.

Lieberman thought that maybe he could get strong too so he hacked into a bank and transferred some money to a ghost account, ordering all sorts of workout machines! With Frank here, they might actually get even stronger than Galan!

You have to know, Galan's training was very crude! With modern fitness science developed so high now, they knew how to train more efficiently!

[Frank Castle: Ah, sorry Cap. I think I can kill you with one punch.]
