After the fight between the marines and Elian ended, Nami, Nojiko, and Genzo moved the marines' bodies and threw them into the sea.

Since Elian had killed all the marines with just one finger, there wasn't much blood, which made the cleaning process easier.

After cleaning up, Genzo and Nojiko went to inform the other villagers about how Arlong had broken the deal with Nami. Not wanting to make Nami worry more, they told her they were just going to tell the others about the marines.

Left alone, Nami went back to her house, where she saw Elian still lying on the ground. She approached him, sat down beside him, and asked, "What are you thinking about?"

"Nothing, just recovering my stamina. What about you? What are you going to do now? Seek revenge on Arlong since he broke the deal?" Elian asked.

Nami sighed at his words. She was angry with Arlong but felt powerless since he was too strong for her. "Even if I wanted to, it's not like I can get my revenge."

Elian placed his hand on her shoulder and patted her. "Don't give up without trying. What if there's a way for you to get your revenge on Arlong?"

"You!! Don't tell me you're thinking of helping me defeat Arlong too? You've already helped me a lot. I can't let you risk your life again for me." Nami scolded him, knowing that Arlong was far stronger than those marines.

But Elian didn't reply. Instead, he raised his hand in the air, and a strange, pale, gourd-shaped fruit appeared in his palm out of nowhere, surprising Nami.

"Ah! What? How did you—? What is this thing?" Nami exclaimed. Although she had a suspicion about what it might be, she didn't dare to believe it was what she thought.

Elian had pulled the Sake-Sake no Mi from his inventory, showcasing the mysterious fruit.

"It's exactly what you're thinking—it's a devil fruit. And this one is quite unique, even among them. It's worth over 500 million berries."

Elian explained, highlighting the fruit's significance and value. Of course, Elian didn't know its real value, so he just said that amount randomly to emphasize the importance of the devil fruit.

"This fruit makes your body intangible, giving you the power of alcohol. Your entire body becomes alcohol, allowing you complete control over it. With this power, even Arlong wouldn't be able to lay a finger on you. It would give you a 100% chance of winning against him."

Nami was stunned to hear about the fruit's effects and power. She couldn't believe that simply eating a fruit could make someone stronger than Arlong; even though Elian had told her about powerful people in the Grand Line, it was still hard for her to believe it.

"Is that really true? But if it's so powerful, why didn't you eat it yourself?" Nami asked, confused. If she had come across such a strong devil fruit, she would have eaten it as soon as she got her hands on it.

"Well, I'm waiting to find a specific fruit. You can't eat two devil fruits without your body exploding, so I have to choose carefully." Elian explained.

"But enough about that. Just take this and eat it." Elian suddenly handed the Sake-Sake no Mi to Nami, catching her off guard.

"What? I can't accept this! I can't even repay you; I only have 93 million berries." Nami said, still shocked. Normally, she would be suspicious of someone offering such a valuable gift. But ever since Elian had risked his life for her, her trust in him had grown.

"You can repay me over time; don't worry about it right now. But you can't waste any more time. Why do you think Genzo and Nojiko left? Why didn't they react to your deal with Arlong? They already knew! Right now, they're probably gathering the other villagers to fight Arlong." Elian said, shocking Nami again.

Nami quickly stood up and took the devil fruit from Elian's hand. "Thank you. I'll make sure to repay you, no matter what." she said before taking a bite of the fruit.

'Yes, you'll repay me. I'll make sure of it.' Elian thought as he watched Nami spit out the piece of the devil fruit.

"Eww! Cough—cough!" Nami gagged, caught off guard by the fruit's awful taste, her face showing full disgust.

"All devil fruits taste like that." Elian said with a chuckle. "But you don't have to eat the whole thing—just one bite is enough. Now, think about controlling alcohol, and you should be able to use your new powers." he instructed, guiding her on how to use her newfound abilities.

After that, Nami and Elian rushed to Arlong Park as quickly as possible to get there before the villagers. Nami used her new powers to fly, while Elian used Geppo (Air Walk) to keep pace with her.

They soon arrived at Arlong's stronghold. Nami stopped just before entering and asked Elian how they should attack. Elian told her his plan and warned her to stay away from the sea, reminding her of the devil fruit's primary weakness.

Nami nodded and walked through the front gate, trying to appear as normal as possible.

"Nami, you're here." Arlong called out, causing all the other fishmen to turn their attention toward her.

Nami didn't reply and continued walking towards them. When she got close, she unleashed a massive spray of alcohol, drenching all the fishmen and instantly intoxicating them with her special alcohol.

Arlong tried to grab Nami, sensing that she was up to something, but his hands passed right through her, splashing some alcohol on himself as if she had turned into a liquid.

"A devil fruit!? How did she get one?" Arlong exclaimed, shocked. He knew about the rarity of these fruits and their powers.

Meanwhile, Elian appeared with an empty potion bottle in his hand. He told Nami to intoxicate them first because, even with his four techniques, he couldn't defeat Arlong and other fishmen all at once. His fighting experience and basic combat skills weren't sufficient to back up those techniques, no matter how powerful they were.

He then began attacking the fishmen mercilessly.

While the fishmen were affected by Nami's alcohol attack, both Nami and Elian continued their assault. Nami used a knife, and though it wasn't a good weapon, with her logia powers, none of the fishmen were able to harm her.

Arlong quickly realized that he couldn't do anything to Nami, so he decided to take care of This unknown guy who was somehow killing fishmen with just his finger.

Deciding to eliminate him first, Arlong charged toward Elian, who was in the middle of fighting Chew, one of Arlong's officers. Elian pierced Chew's body with his finger, unaware that Arlong was charging at him with his sharp nose aimed straight for Elian's heart.

Barely alive, Chew saw Arlong charging and used the last of his strength to grab Elian's hand, holding him in place.

"Aaagh!" Elian screams out in agony, his voice a mix of shock and pain as Arlong's sharp nose pierces through his back...
