Utakata, hearing this, laughed and taunted, "Do you really think you can do it?"

Without answering, Vice Admiral Philip continued his assault. He swung his sword toward Utakata's neck, but Utakata skillfully blocked it with his hand and delivered a powerful punch to Vice Admiral Philip's body. Realizing the situation, Vice Admiral Philip stepped back.

"This won't be easy," he thought. Using Soru, Vice Admiral Philip disappeared and reappeared behind Utakata. Utakata, who was already prepared, immediately crouched and delivered a spinning kick. Vice Admiral Philip attempted to block it with his sword, but the kick was accompanied by bubbles from Utakata's Devil Fruit power. Boom! The bubble explosion sent Vice Admiral Philip flying backward, and his sword slipped from his grip.

With a roar of pain and blood pouring from his mouth, Vice Admiral Philip struggled to stand. Seeing this, Utakata didn't waste any time and launched another attack. Boom! A bubble-infused kick struck Vice Admiral Philip's head, sending him airborne. Utakata didn't stop; he kept leaping and attacking Vice Admiral Philip while he was still in the air.

Finally, with a powerful collision, Vice Admiral Philip fell onto the deck of the remaining Marine ship. The Marines who witnessed the battle cried out, "Vice Admiral Philip!"

"Ah, so you're Vice Admiral Philip," Utakata commented, then continued, "Utakata, remember that. Kirigakure Pirate, remember it well."

After saying this, he released a bubble that entered Vice Admiral Philip's body, causing him to lose consciousness. "Finish them," Utakata ordered his crew, met with fierce shouts from his loyal crew members.

The battle continued, with Kirigakure Pirates now having the upper hand. Without Vice Admiral Philip, the surviving Marines had lost their spirit, and the Kirigakure crew successfully eliminated them all.

After the battle, the Kirigakure Pirates sailed away, leaving Vice Admiral Philip alone amidst the bodies of his subordinates.
