CHAPTER 6 FRIENDS
"So how long will it take for us to reach Marineford?" asked Bali as he and garp walked out of the forest toward the village port.
"Around 4 weeks I think," said without any care of the world.
"Only 3 weeks how do all I know is marine ford is near the end of the grand line?" asked Bali with genuine curiosity while also guessing if his doubt was true or not.
"Ever heard of the calm belt we will be sailing through the calm belt and before you ask we will be using marine technology" said garp with a smile on his face.
'Yup I guessed it right ' Bail thought
"Wait " heard Bali and garp and while turning back they saw three children running towards them
"What brats "Garp said in an irritated matter.
"We want to talk to him," said Ace while pointing towards Bali
Bali looked towards Garp while confused as to what they wanted to talk about
"Be quick and reach the port in 10 minutes?" garp said while turning back and walking while poking his nose
"So let's first start with introducing yourself properly. My self Vanara D. Bali "said Bali with a smile and joining his hands in namaste and lowering his head a little
"You already met two of us, myself Portgas D. Ace this guy with a big smile and straw hat is monkey D. Luffy and this guy here is our third brother Sabo. he was away when you beat both of us " replied Ace with a sharp gaze.
'Wait what is this D middle name all three of them have ' thought Sabo while looking towards his brothers and then Bali
"JOIN MY CREW!" shouted Luffy while jumping
"hahaha hahaha you are a funny one but sorry I am choosing another path to follow my dreams and being a marine and also I am scared of your grandfather," said Bali while trying to mimic that he is whispering
"Shut up Luffy not every strong guy u meet will join your crew," said Sabo while pulling Luffy by the checks
"Dream..... What's your dream that you have to join the marine?" asked ace
"Hmm let's just say in simple terms that I want to save everyone weak but now you should tell me your dreams"
"I WILL BE THE PIRATE KING " shouted Luffy again while this time Ace punched him "Don't shout you silly old man might hear us "Hearing this Luffy closed his mouth
"ya you heard this moron and I also want to be a famous and known pirate "
"and I want to travel around the world as a pirate," said Sabo while smiling
"So all three of you wants to be pirate for different reasons." said Bali while smiling and thinking ' adventure as a pirate is also fun but can't take the headache of managing and finding crew at the moment
"So we will be enemies but I will not beat the shit out of all three of you if you don't do anything wrong hahaha "said Bali while laughing
" you will not beat us again we will be strong then and we don't harm others," said Ace while being angry and also controlling himself as he knew they can't beat Bali even fighting together
"Yup I know you all are good guys and won't do any evil but always remember your action might indirectly affect the innocent you are a pirate just be aware of our actions"
"we will and I while beat you next time and make you join my crew," said Luffy with his ear to ear to smile.
"Let us be friends then," said Sabo while extending his arm
"Yup let's be friends for now," said Bali while shaking the hand and then extending it towards Luffy who just grabbed the hand and started shaking it vigorously
Then bali looked toward Ace and extended their hand to shake "Friends for now?" asked bali
Ace hesitated a little but after seeing luffy and Sabo smile shakes Bali's hand "Friends"
"Yes we are now friends let's live to fulfil our dreams, "said Sabo while smiling "Yup let's be brothers and friends "luffy jumped over bali while smiling
"hahaha I am starting to like and of you a lot more now, "Bali said while rubbing Luffy's head
"Yes let's be friends and fulfil our dreams," said Ace finally smiling
Seeing all this bali though 'first friends in this shitty world and also them being the centre of attraction in the future and I have to be more strong so I can protect these new friends of mine
"Ok I should go now or I have to clean the whole ship again, "said bali while saying his goodbyes and walking towards the port and thinking about the changes he might bring to the future he know about
Along the road, while walking towards the port he was thinking about how he can be strong enough in this cutthroat world where the strong can flatten an island with their fists
" let's train hard to be at the top " said bali while looking towards his clenched fist and awaiting his future and his adventures while reaching towards the battleship which was ready to sail
"You took your time brat lets go now "said garp while looking towards bali
And after some time the ship started sailing
"Bye bali "shouted luffy, Ace and Sabo from the port
"I see that you have formed a bond with the brats, "said garp while standing beside bali who was waving his hand towards his new friends
"You can say that let's go now towards the centre of marines "said bali while walking away from the corner
"TOWARDS MARINEFORD "shouted garp and the ship started its journey along with bali.
