Chapter 295: Meeting the Vinsmoke Family

"Be more careful, you cyborg!." Zoro complained again. His body was covered in bandages.

"There are a lot of vines here! My beautiful body is not meant for this type of terrain." Complained Franky.

"How could you get so hurt already? What if we are attacked by someone strong now? Have you thought about that?" Nami gave him a look of disappointment.

After Vivi disappeared, they wandered around the forest for a while until they found Zoro on the floor, covered in wounds. But he had yet to say a word who put him in this state.

"These bandages are too loose." Zoro huffed.

"Can you just be grateful for once? I brought that first aid kit mostly for you, you know? Vivi can heal by herself and Franky is mostly a robot." Nami said.

"But to hurt Zoro to this extent…his opponent must have been a Commander, like that guy we met at the port," Franky concluded.

"He was strong yes. He had a crazy ability to create cookies and wasn't bad with the sword either." Zoro recalled.

"A cookie ability? Is everything here related to food?" Nami wondered.

"Look!, I see moonlight coming from those trees, I think we found the exit!" Franky said excitedly.

"Finally!, lets get out of this creepy place!" Nami hurried her steps.

Once they left the thick forest, the group was able to spot a lively-looking city in the distance. Despite being nighttime, it was very well-illuminated.

"Are we just going to go in there like this?" Zoro said. This was reckless even for his standards.

"Of course not!. Well will sneak around the edge and try to find information about Sanji. I mean, if there is going to be a wedding, I'm sure people living here will know where and when at least." Suggested Nami.

"We should put some disguises at least." Franky placed Zoro on the ground.

"We don't have any disguises…" Nami reminded him. They didn't come prepared for this scenario…but to be fair, Vivi didn't make any specific plan either, she just said 'We go in there and get Sanji' or something like that.

Nami sighed.

"I should have made sure we were better prepared…"

"I have some disguises, hold on." Franky opened the lid on his arms and pulled out a black bag.

He opened it up and revealed several different styles of clothes.

"Why are you carrying that around?" Zoro looked over.

"Is this a maid uniform?" Nami held out one of the 'disguises'

Franky smiled proudly.

"Well…you see, I have a bit of a kink with maids and-"

"Thunder lance!" Nami burned the maid dress to a crisp.

"Why did you do that?!" Screamed Franky.

"It was filthy!" 

"I haven't had the chance to use it yet!" Franky cried.

"Now you have no disguise." Zoro pointed out.

"I don't…- wait, what is that? some carriages are entering that city." Nami observed from a distance.

The group approached carefully.

"I recognize those guys, they are that Germa 66 we saw before." Franky made use of his enhanced eyesight.

"Sanji's family? Let's go then! he may be there." Nami grabbed Zoro and dragged him around.

"Stop that, it hurts!" Zoro complained.

"Oi, Sanji!" Shouted Franky after spotting him in the carriage.

"It's really him!. Sanji!" Nami screamed and waved.

The carriage stopped. Inside it was Sanji with all three of his brothers, his sister, and his father.

Nami stopped next to the carriage and smiled with relief.

"We finally found you!"

"What are you guys doing here?!. I made it very clear when I left the crew. I am no longer associated with you all." Sanji looked very nervous.

"Oh, are these your friends? That one is quite the beauty." One of his brothers stared at Nami.

"But I was told there was another one..."

Sanji's sister, Reiju looked around.

"Where is your other crewmate?" 

"Vivi? we got separated at that forest." Said Nami.

"She was taken away by some weird mirror," Franky added.

"So she has been defeated already?..." Vinsmoke Judge, Sanji's father, looked at Reiju with a frown.

"Is that the one you warned me about? It looks like you were wrong about her threat level."

"What happened to Vivi?!" Sanji exclaimed.

"No, but…that cant be…" Reiju found a hard time believing that she was taken out that quickly.

"Don't worry about it, Vivi is definitely fine. She'll appear sooner or later." Said Nami. She was sure that as long as Vivi didn't confront Big Mom directly, there wasn't much to worry about.

"You shitty cook, are you really going through with this?" Zoro asked.

"What is it to you?...and where is Luffy?" Asked Sanji.

"He didn't come here. Is just us three and Vivi." Said Franky.

"Yes, we didn't come here as Strawhats. We just came here to see you." Said Nami.

Sanji seemed relieved to know that Luffy didn't come. He would have made a mess of the situation. 

"You need to get out of here. I'm going to get married, which means that I will never be able to go back with you guys."

"But you told Luffy that you would be coming back!" Franky frowned.

"Things have changed…is best if you forget about me. Now leave while you still can. This is not a place to mess around." Sanji told them.

"Come on brother, that cold. These are your friends. At least they could stay for the wedding." Ichiji smirked.

"Don't get into this!. This is my business." Sanji warned him.

"No, this is our family business too. You are making us look weak, Sanji." Vinsmoke Judge growled.

"If you can't even dispose of these pests who are getting in our way properly, I'll do it myself."

"Hold on, I'll do it!" Sanji got more worried.

Judge glanced at the Strawhats until his eyes stopped at Nami.

"I suppose I'll start with you."

"Father waits, I don't think is a good idea. " Reiju advised.

Sanji clenched his teeth. he was now in a terrible position. He cannot let them attack his friends but if he fights back against his father…the Baratie and Zeff will be in danger.

"Oi, we didn't come here to fight you," Franky said.

"This is bad." Nami was getting nervous.

Zoro grasped one of his swords. He was in no shape to fight at the moment, but he was not going to die without trying.

When Judge was descending the carriage, a loud series of explosions occurred at the colossal structure in the center of the city.

"What is that?, someone is attacking the Whole Cake chateau?" Niji exclaimed.

"No one would be crazy enough to do that! an accident must have occurred." Ichiji said.

"Oh…so that's where she went." Nami realized.
