The island was engulfed by an oppressive aura, the overwhelming Conqueror's Haki sending shivers down Zyhark's spine as he gripped his swords tighter. Kaido, fully charged, gave no time for adjustment, spinning his kanabo and charging with immense power, kicking up clouds of dust in his wake.

Zyhark took a deep breath and closed his eyes. In the blank canvas of his mind, his Observation Haki spread forward through an electric grid. Faint signals emerged, revealing Kaido's rapid approach. Locking onto Kaido's attack trajectory, Zyhark's eyes snapped open, releasing all his energy into the earth.

"Cliff Sword!"

Kaido halted abruptly, stomping his right foot on the island's clouds to leap sideways, reappearing tens of meters away.

Boom!

A pillar of scorching lava erupted like a giant sword, reaching for the sky. Kaido's eyebrows furrowed, surprised by Zyhark's sudden technique. In the next moment, the ground beneath Kaido heated up, turning the white clouds into a dangerous red hue.

Kaido reacted quickly, dodging another Cliff Sword and adjusting his path towards Zyhark.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

One after another, lava pillars erupted like volcanic explosions behind him. His speed and reaction were so swift that even Zyhark, with heightened Haki, couldn't land a precise hit. And this was Kaido without using future sight Observation Haki!

The confidence in Kaido's defense was evident as he continued to close the distance. Finally, as Kaido neared Zyhark, another Cliff Sword erupted right where Kaido was about to land. The resulting heat storm engulfed Kaido's massive form, but as the flames cleared, Kaido stood unscathed, bathed in fire.

"A true monster," Zyhark thought, "Without the more unreasonable Nika Fruit or advanced Haki, victory is just a distant hope…"

Fire attacks were also ineffective against Kaido. With a heavy breath, Zyhark silently infused his swords with Armament Haki, adding electric currents to enhance their penetration and attack power.

Rather than waiting to be defeated, Zyhark chose to take the initiative.

Lightning flashed as Zyhark appeared before Kaido, his two blackened swords moving at incredible speed, unleashing thirty-two slashes in an instant.

"Two-Sword Style: Starburst Lightning Slash!"

Kaido, either surprised by the counterattack or confident in his own defenses, stood still, a mocking smile on his face as the slashes rained down.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The electrically-charged blades cut into Kaido's arms, chest, abdomen, and thighs, sparking wildly and shedding old skin flakes.

Without advanced Armament Haki, piercing Kaido's defenses was nearly impossible. Zyhark now understood the despair faced by his previous opponents like Kuro and Buggy.

It was like a fighting game where you dealt ten damage per hit, but your opponent had a health pool of ten thousand and regenerated a hundred per second.

"How can this be won? Even King would be at a loss," Zyhark thought.

"Good speed, but far too little power. An attack should be like this!" Kaido roared, flinging Zyhark away with a powerful sweep of his arm, then following up with his kanabo, now coated in advanced Armament Haki, smashing into Zyhark's hurried defense.

The blow's sheer force, surpassing the previous mid-air strike, sent Zyhark flying like a cannonball, blood spurting from his mouth as his hands went numb from the impact, losing grip on his swords.

Lightning crackled as Zyhark stabilized himself on the edge of the island. With a few seconds to prepare, he charged his right fist with ever-increasing voltage.

"Take this, Kaido! Discharge, One Hundred Million Volts: City Buster Cannon!"

The blinding heat from the concentrated lightning aimed straight at Kaido's heart. Kaido's eyes flashed red. This time, he didn't arrogantly take the hit; instead, he raised his blackened arm in defense.

Sizzle!!

The lightning bolt, enhanced by Haki, pierced through Kaido's outer defenses, erupting from his back and decimating the island behind him. The sheer power created a storm of black lightning, shattering the ground and plunging into the lower white sea.

"This is more like it," Kaido muttered, glancing at his slightly scorched arm. "If this was all the so-called invincible power could do, it would be too boring."

Zyhark's face remained serious as he subtly manipulated his fingers. Two bolts of electricity locked onto his fallen swords, drawing them into the air and spinning them rapidly.

Kaido's senses picked up the move. Without looking back, he swung his kanabo, deflecting the spinning swords with a casual motion.

The next second, Kaido's kanabo was fully engulfed in dark red lightning and golden particles, Haki wrapping around it—a display of supreme power, Conqueror's Haki infusion.

Recognizing the danger, Zyhark attempted to pull back, but Kaido grabbed him with a Haki-covered hand, holding him in place.

With no words wasted, Kaido's muscles bulged as he swung his kanabo down, roaring, "Thunder Bagua!"

With a sickening thud, the Haki-empowered kanabo struck Zyhark, unleashing a torrent of energy within him, sending him crashing through hills and embedding him into a cliff face.

Dust settled as Kaido stood in the shattered remains, his cold gaze piercing through the destruction to where Zyhark lay embedded.

Despite his tattered appearance, Zyhark's chest still rose and fell weakly, indicating he was still alive—a testament to his reinforced body and Aqua's blessings.

"Surviving a direct Thunder Bagua...you've got a sturdy body, kid."

Kaido retracted his kanabo, pondering whether to imprison Zyhark in Wano or test the others on the ship.

However, as he hesitated, Kaido's eyes widened, his aura intensifying again.

Crackling with electricity, Zyhark's heart restarted with each pulse of his Devil Fruit power. Moments later, Zyhark's eyes regained focus as he broke free from the cliffside.

"Of course, with the passive ability of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, I have a second chance…" Zyhark thought, acknowledging the situational revival ability.

"But this is my last attack."

With Kaido watching intently, Zyhark raised his bleeding right arm, transforming it into pure lightning, connecting to the storm clouds above.

Charged with the energy from the ongoing battle, the storm clouds became an extension of Zyhark, crackling with chaotic power.

On the approaching Endless Dream, Aqua and the others saw the storm-covered island flashing with continuous lightning, thunder roaring even from afar.

Countless sea beasts fled, sensing the immense danger.

"Zyhark…" Aqua whispered, worried for her comrade.

Amidst the electrified storm, Zyhark infused his arm with Armament Haki, turning the rampant lightning a shade of black.

"This is my final move, Kaido. I hope it satisfies you."

"Two Hundred Million Volts: Black Thunder Kirin!"

Roar!!!

With a clenched fist, Zyhark summoned the mythical beast, a black lightning Kirin, from the storm, its immense form descending upon Kaido.

Boom!

The island shattered under the devastating impact, the black lightning piercing through to the lower seas. Kaido, suspended in the storm's core, clutched his waist, emitting a pained roar.

"Why… why does this hurt…" Kaido gasped. "How does this kid know about my weak spot left by Oden?!"
